摘 要
随着经济一体化的发展和改革开放的进一步推进,中国学生留学海外的人数越
来越多,学生留学年龄层次也越来越年轻,本科阶段出国留学选择的途径也从以普
通高中课程+标准化考试培训+留学中介的方式转向了与海外教育更加接轨的国际
高中课程。DB 教育管理集团是一家主要运营国际高中课程的教育机构,自 2002 年
起正式启动,经过近 10 年的研究、探索与积累,DB 在国际高中课程的引进、研发、
实施与管理方面积累了丰富的经验,形成了成熟的研发与管理机制,成为全国首屈
一指的教育管理机构。随着中国学生对出国留学的需求越来越大,各种培训机构也
相继开设了相关的培训课程,更多的教育机构也相继引入国际高中课程,更多的国
际学校、留学中介和新兴的运营国际高中课程的机构的冲击下,集团的发展也面临
着非常激烈的竞争。本文针对 DB 教育管理集团的实际,进行了发展战略的研究,
希望制定出符合集团特色的发展战略,为集团的长久健康发展提供行之有效的解决
思路和方法。
首先,本文在绪论部分从论文的概况,包括论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究
方法及主要内容进行了详细的介绍;接着对国际高中课程概况、相关理论、国内外
战略管理理论和相关文献进行综述;然后从宏观经济环境,国内外政策以及目前国
际课程运营环境,行业地位,市场占有率等方面进行外部环境分析;从集团资质,
实力,组织架构,人力资源,管理能力,品牌分析等进行内部环境分析;进而利用
SWOT 分析法从内部优势、内部劣势、外部机遇和外部威胁四个方面对集团进行全
面分析,拟定 DB 公司的发展战略;然后从人力资源、组织架构、企业文化、市场
开发等角度提出战略实施建议;最后总结研究成果以及研究中存在的一些不足,并
列举本论文尚待研究的问题。

ABSTRACT
With the developing of economic integration and further propel of the reform and
opening-up, more and more students choose to study abroad, and the age groups are
getting younger. They prefer to choose international senior high school courses which
have more connection with overseas educational system than domestic high school
courses plus training center plus oversea education agency. International senior high
school courses of DB educational management group were officially launched in 2002.
DB has accumulated rich experience in introducing, researching, implementing and
management international senior high school courses and become a leading educational
management company after ten years researching, exploration and accumulation.
However under the impact of training center, oversea education study agency and
emerging institution which managing international senior high school courses, our
company is facing fierce competition. The paper has done a lot of research on developing
strategy according to the practical situation of DB group, hoping we can formulate the
developing strategy which is suitable for our company, finding the resolving train of
thought and ways.
In this paper, first, I will introduce the general situation of my paper which includes
the research background, significance, method and main content; Then, I will introduce
the concept of international high school courses and the strategy management theory at
home and abroad; After then, analyze external environment from macroeconomic
environment, policy at home and abroad, industry environment, position, market share;
Analyze the internal environment from company qualification, strength, organizational
structure, human resources, management capacity and brand; Applied SWOT method to
analyze my company from internal advantage and disadvantage, external opportunity and
threaten to make a draft of DB company developing strategy; Then propose the
suggestion of strategy impletion from human resources, organizational structure,
enterprise culture, market developing; At last, summarize the research result and the
inadequacy, list the problem need to be studied.
