摘 要
随着中国石化信息化技术不断改革创新,公司通过大力发展信息化建设来提高整体竞
争能力显著增强,ERP 信息系统在企业实施信息化战略方面起到重要作用。目前中国石化
实施的 ERP 系统涵盖采购、生产、销售、财务、物资、项目、设备等模块,随着中国石化
人力资源业务的全面开展,提高人资源管理信息化管理水平尤为重要,建立标准化的信息
管理平台,统一人才规划,全面提高人力资源效率是当前企业人力资源信息化建设的必由
之路。
本论文以中国石化 LUB 公司实施 SAP-HR 系统为实例,介绍了该公司人力资源管理现
状,分析了 ERP 中人力资源管理系统的系统架构和功能定位,在 11 家分公司需求分析调
研的基础上进行业务蓝图设计,详细介绍了 HR 模块组织管理、人事管理、时间管理、薪
酬管理 4 大基本模块和招聘管理、培训管理、绩效管理、员工发展等扩展模块的设计和实
施过程,以及上线支持和长远规划。
通过对中国石化 LUB 公司 SAP-HR 项目的成功实施,实证地研究了人力资源管理信息
系统的标准化和规范化对提高公司人力资源管理能力的重要作用。对于国内大型集团企业
的人力资源管理信息化建设提供借鉴价值。

ABSTRACT
With continuous reform and innovation of Sinopec information technology, it is
significantly enhanced to improve the companies overall competitiveness through vigorous
development of information construction. ERP information systems play an important role in
strategic implementation of information technology in the enterprise. Sinopec implementation of
the ERP system covering procurement: MRO, PP, SD, FI, MM, PS, PM and other modules, with
the overall Development of the Sinopec human resources, it is particularly important to improve
human resource management information management level, to establish standardized
information management platform, unified talent planning, and comprehensively improve the
efficiency of human resources is the only way of corporate human resources information
construction.
The papers On the basis of LUB Company of Sinopec implementation of SAP-HR system
as an example, analysis of the company's human resources management status, architecture and
functions in ERP system, 11 branches needs analysis research business blueprint design, detailed
introduced the HR module design and implementation process of organization management,
personnel management, time management, remuneration management four large basic module
and recruitment management, training management, performance management, staff
development, as well as on-line support and long-term planning.

study of the important role of standardization and normalization of human resources
management information system to improve the company's human resources management
