本文以ZH公司(我的工作单位,以下简称公司)为诊断对象,ZH公司是一
家具有悠久历史的核工业国有企业,主要从事化工及核材料制造产业,选取ZH
公司为诊断对象,在同行业中具有一定典型代表意义。
前几年,由于项目较少,ZH公司釆用一个项目成立一个十几个人组成的项
目部的模式对项目实施进行管理。近年来,随着国家产业政策的调整和公司的快
速发展,新建项目逐年增多,公司进入项目建设高峰期,同时幵工建设的项目数
量是前几年的十几倍。公司原有的项目人力资源管理模式存在项目管理队伍庞
大、资源不能有效整合、管理效率低等问题,已不能适应当前同时开工项目多、
工期紧、质量要求高的形势要求。如果不及时分析诊断并解决公司在项目人力资
源管理中存在的这些问题,可能会影响到公司项目建设目标的实现,从而对公司
通过项目来提升综合实力实现快速发展的战略造成影响。
本文以ZH公司为研究对象,以公司项目人力资源管理诊断为主题进行研究,
提出适应当前形势的项目人力资源管理思路和方法,对公司抓好项目建设,通过
项目建设来提升综合实力有着重要意义。同时,研究成果对与公司类似企业的项
目人力资源管理也有借鉴意义。

At present,with the development of socialist market economy and the rapid development of
science and technology change rapidly, state-owned enterprises have development opportunity
while, also facing enormous challenge. In particular the socialist market economic competition is

organization, management has put forward higher requirements. Therefore, in order to adapt to the
changing environment of socialist market economy, many large and state-owned enterprises such
as Haier and Han steel are very fruitful exploration, the practice is to introduce market mechanism
enterprise,in enterprise interior executes all-around, mutiple level interior market management.
Through the implementation of internal market management,improve to adapt to rapidly changing
external environment adaptability, and enhance their own economic benefits at the same time, to
maintain the vitality of enterprises, competitive.
This article aims at the adoption of enterprise interior market management this subject for
research. Based on the internal market related theoretical basis for research,focus on the ZS
company management system present situation and the existence question has carried on the
thorough analysis and research, on the basis that the ZS company to carry out enterprise interior to
commercialize the necessity of strategy. Finally, proposed ZS corporation interior market
management operation system and the overall framework of safeguard measures.
