摘要
随着我国改革丌放的不断深入及加入WTO,国内市场逐步RI际化,社会生产
活动分工越来越细,专业化程度越来越强,促进了企业生产技术水平越来越高,产
品质量得到大幅度提高改善。产品从最初的原材料加工直至形成最终产品的全过程
的所有活动不可能由一个企业全部完成,而往往通过企业社会分工与内部分工协作
来完成的,因此采用ERP对企业供需系统的优化弓改进是十分迫切和必要的
本论文通过对ERP的概念、管理思想等理论的阐述,对订单式离散型机械制
造业ERP系统应用现状进行分析,提出基于供需链管理的ERP系统开发与应用,
对订单式离散型机械制造业的重要性与必要性
本论文围绕研究对象J集团,一家典型的订单式离散型机械制造企业,针对其
单件小批特点的生产模式,对该企业ERP系统开发应用,以及基于客户需求的流
程再造现状进行了分析,并运用系统分析法(IDEFO),探索该企业PDM/CAPP/ERP
系统的一体化解决方案,并对现有ERP系统的生产制造管理模块,按照供需链管
理思想进行了优化
本论文围绕J集团生产制造管理,通过供需链管理理论与思想的实践应用,将
销售、采购、库存、供应商、客户关系等与外部资源密切相关的管理系统进行融
合,进一步强化、扩展了企业ERP供需系统的功能,使企业能够及时掌握内部及
供应商、客户的动态,从而有效控制产品交货期与产品质量,提升市场竞争力

Abstract
With the in depth of the China's reform and opening up and entry to WTO, the domestic
market is getting internationalized, the social production labor division becomes more and more
elaborate, the specialization becomes stronger, which greatly improve the enterprise production
technology and quality. It is impossible to complete the whole process of one product by one
enterprise,from the original raw material machined to final product, which should be done via
the co-operation of the social labor division and internal division. Therefore, it is very urgent
and necessary to optimize and improve ERP supply and demand system for enterprise.
This thesis presents the concept of ERP, statement to the management philosophy, analysis
to the current situation of ERP system using in the make-to-order dispersed mechanical
manufacturer, and proposes the importance and necessity of the ERP system development and
application based on the supply and demand chain management.
This thesis focus on the research to J Group,a typical make-to-order dispersed mechanical
manufacturer. Regarding its single piece and small batch production mode, make an analysis to
the ERP system development and application and the process recreation current situation based
on the customer's demand. Also,using system analysis method (IDEFO), find out the
integration solution of PDM/CAPP/ERP systems, and optimize the current ERP system
production management mode according to the supply and demand chain management
philosophy.
Based on the production management of J Group,through the practice application of the
supply and demand chain management theory and philosophy, this thesis integrates the related
management systems, including sales, purchasing, storage, supplier, customer relations, into the
external resources, and improves the fiinction of the ERP supply and demand system, by which,
the enterprise could learn about the status of the group, suppliers and customers in time,and
efficiently control the product delivery and quality, for the improvement of the market
competition-
