基于 ERP 的 HG 化工企业生产管理系统研究
摘 要
ERP（Enterprise Resources Planning）又简称企业资源计划，它是利用一个信息管
理平台将企业的生产、采购、销售、库存、财务与其它业务功能加以整合，从而实现
标准化的信息数据、集成化的系统运行、合理的业务流程、动态化的绩效监控、持续
改善的管理
企业外部市场竞争日益加剧、内部成本上涨压力不断加强，有效实施 ERP 系统可
以达到降低生产成本、提高企业经济效益、促进企业管理科学化、规范化的目标，从
而满足不断变化的市场需求。生产管理系统是 ERP 系统的核心，它将原材料采购、生
产运行控制、库存管理、设备管理、质量管理等整个生产过程有机地结合起来，合理
控制企业库存，提高企业生产管理水平，稳定控制企业生产成本。而化工企业生产管
理系统具有连续性强、装置设备大型化、生产控制系统集中化、生产流程复杂等特点，
因而实施 ERP 会存在着一些问题，需要结合企业实际状况具体问题具体分析、采取应
对措施，使 ERP 系统产生应有的效益
本论文首先从化工企业生产特点及生产地位分析入手，阐述化工企业应用 ERP 生
产管理系统的意义；其次，阐述 ERP 基础理论，重点是 ERP 的概念、功能模块及发展
历程；再次，是 HG 化工企业生产现状分析，重点介绍 HG 化工企业生产装置及部门
职责情况、生产管理内容、生产部门与其他部门业务关系；接着，是 HG 生产管理系
统问题分析，重点是生产装置能力、生产成本、生产部门与其他部门关系等方面存在
的问题；最后，是 HG 化工企业生产管理系统 ERP 应用对策，从主生产计划管理、物
料需求计划管理、生产订单管理、物料清单、采购管理、库存管理、车间任务管理、
设备管理、成本管理九个功能进行分析，然后是提出 ERP 实施的步骤，促进 ERP 系统
的成功实施
从 HG 化工企业生产管理系统应用 ERP 的可行性这一案例分析，希望对其他化工
企业生产信息化管理提供借鉴意义，使化工企业降低成本、提高效益、提升市场竞争
力，从而，促进我国化工企业健康、快速、可持续发展

An Analysis of ERP -based Production Management System
for HG Chemical Works
Abstract
ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) is an enterprise resource planning for short,
it will be the financial, procurement, production, sales, Ku Cunhe other business functions
into an information management platform, to realize the information data standardization,
system integration, process optimization, dynamic performance monitoring, management
and improve sustainability.
Enterprise external market competition, internal cost rising pressure continued to
strengthen, the effective implementation of the ERP system can achieve lower production
costs, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, promote the scientific enterprise
management, standardization of the target, so as to meet the changing needs of the market.
Production management system is the core of the ERP system, which combine to from
raw material procurement, production control, inventory management, equipment
management, quality management, the entire production process effectively, the
reasonable control of inventory, improve the enterprise production management level,
stable control of the enterprise production cost. The production management system in
chemical enterprise with strong continuity, equipment, large-scale production of
centralized control system characteristics, the production process is complex, so the
implementation of ERP will have some problems, need to be combined with the actual
condition of the enterprise specific analysis of specific issues, to take measures, so that
the ERP system should have the benefits.
