xx企业是一个90年代后期才建立起来的新型股份制企业,在其生产经营管理方
面,有其先进合理的地方,但由于各方面的原因,也还存在许多不合理的地方,如
XX企业现行生产计划管理方面,裁存在不尽合理的地方,问题由“销售部门常常抱
怨:生产部又未按时完成计划”雨反映出来。
针对生产计划管理方面存在的问题,本论文试图围绕与xx企业生产计划管理相
关的具体流程及所涉及到的其它方面,如组织机构设置、人员配置、现代化生产管
理手段等,运用在重庆工商管理大学MBA所学的经济管理知识,进行具体分析,找
出该企业在生产计划管理方面造成“不能准时完成生产计划”的症结所在。找出问
题不是目的,还要寻找解决问题的方案,因此,本文的重点是针对发现的问题,利
用供应链管理思想,对该企业生产计划管理系统进行系统优化。
在对xx企业生产计划管理系统进行系统优化过程中,主要按以下思路进行:首
先提出优化方案,然后研究优化实施步骤,在此基础上,进行具体实施及控制,即
给出一个具体操作方案。
总之,本文试图从寻找生产计划不能及时完成的原因入手,分析该企业在组织
机构设置、生产计划流程及生产计划管理等方面存在的问题,针对问题,并利用供
应链管理的思想对该企业生产计划系统尝试系统优化。
本文针对一个具体生产企业现时存在的具体情况而作,对该企业具有现实的指
导意义,同时,也可给许多存在相似问题的其它企业一点借鉴作用。这点.应该是
作本篇论文的最终目的。
