xx企业是一个90年代后期才建立起来的新型股份制企业，在其生产经营管理方
面，有其先进合理的地方，但由于各方面的原因，也还存在许多不合理的地方，如
XX企业现行生产计划管理方面，裁存在不尽合理的地方，问题由“销售部门常常抱
怨：生产部又未按时完成计划”雨反映出来。
针对生产计划管理方面存在的问题，本论文试图围绕与xx企业生产计划管理相
关的具体流程及所涉及到的其它方面，如组织机构设置、人员配置、现代化生产管
理手段等，运用在重庆工商管理大学MBA所学的经济管理知识，进行具体分析，找
出该企业在生产计划管理方面造成“不能准时完成生产计划”的症结所在。找出问
题不是目的，还要寻找解决问题的方案，因此，本文的重点是针对发现的问题，利
用供应链管理思想，对该企业生产计划管理系统进行系统优化。
在对xx企业生产计划管理系统进行系统优化过程中，主要按以下思路进行：首
先提出优化方案，然后研究优化实施步骤，在此基础上，进行具体实施及控制，即
给出一个具体操作方案。
总之，本文试图从寻找生产计划不能及时完成的原因入手，分析该企业在组织
机构设置、生产计划流程及生产计划管理等方面存在的问题，针对问题，并利用供
应链管理的思想对该企业生产计划系统尝试系统优化。
本文针对一个具体生产企业现时存在的具体情况而作，对该企业具有现实的指
导意义，同时，也可给许多存在相似问题的其它企业一点借鉴作用。这点．应该是
作本篇论文的最终目的。
