近年来,随着改革开放的深入和企业自身的发展,企业文化建设受到了社会
各界的广泛关注,越来越多的企业意识到企业文化建设对企业的生存、发展尤其
是可持续发展具有极其重要的影响。DC公司是山东省内规模最大的整合IT服务
提供商之一,在公司十余年的企业文化建设历程中,经历了企业文化诊断、文化
建构、文化落地三个阶段,充分认识到文化建设对公司发展的积极作用,也建立
了较为完善的企业文化体系,但也不可避免地产生了一些困惑和难点,达不到应
有的效果
本文分别从企业文化的概念、要素、结构、功能对基础理论进行了梳理和回
顾,并特别阐述了企业文化落地的概念;介绍了在国内外具有较大影响的企业文
化测量量表并进行综合分析,最后,选取了丹尼森OCQ量表的标准化问卷在DC
公司内部进行文化测量。对调查结果进行具体分析发现,DC公司已初步具备了“企
业家精神扎根于企业”、“创新精神融合于企业文化中”、“内部聚集为企业增加价
值”和“具有较强的整体危机意识”等几大核心优势。但是,其文化建设也仍然
存在着诸如“缺乏明确、外化的价值信仰和事业追求”、“缺乏坚实、深层次的战
略共识”、“文化深层次幵放性不够”、“战略协同机制和效果不佳”等一些关键问
题,制约着自身的发展,需要做进一步优化和提升
通过对这些问题进行深入剖析,笔者认为,应从优化文化建设理念、完善文
化建设组织保障体系、提升员工文化执行能力三个大的方面,有针对性地对DC公
司文化建设进行优化和提升,具体要扩展核心价值观内容、深入贯彻“客户至上”
理念;统一战略共识、建立健全战略绩效管理体系,建立文化管理组织体系;完
善薪酬激励体系,建立健全队伍锻造机制,建立文化执行力监控体系。在具体实
施过程中,要遵循全面推进,突出核心;理念先行,制度随后;贴合实际,以人
为本的原则分四个步骤实施

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening-up and enterprises'
development, corporate culture construction has got widespread attention. More and
more companies have realized that corporate culture construction has a very important
impact on an enterprise's survival and development, especially the sustainable
development. DC company is one of the largest integrated IT service provider in
Shandong province. Its ten years' culture construction experienced three stages: culture
diagnosis, culture building and culture landing. DC company has been fully aware of
the positive impact of corporate culture construction and has established a relatively
integrated corporate culture system. However, it also experienced some confusion and
difficulties,which lead to a lower efficiency.
Respectively from the definition of corporate culture, the elements, the structure
and the function, this paper summarizes and reviews the basic theories and especially
elaborates the definition of culture landing. It also introduces some most influential
corporate culture measurement scales in domestic and overseas and makes a
comprehensive analysis. Finally, the author selects Denison's OCQ measurement scale
and uses its standard questionnaire to conduct culture measurement to DC company.
The survey result shows that DC company has initially established several core
advantages: entrepreneurial spirit rooted in the enterprise, innovation spirit fiised in
corporate culture”,internal accumulation added value for company”,etc. It's culture
construction, however, still exists some key problems, such as Lack of Solid,
Deep-Level Strategic Consensus,,,‘‘Lack of Solid, Deep-Level Strategic Consensus”,
‘‘Insufficient Deep-Seated Culture Opening”,Poor Strategic Coordination Mechanism
And Effects”,etc,which restrict its development. Optimization and promotion measures
need to be conducted.
Through a deep analysis of these issues, the author believes that optimization and
promotion measures should be taken from three aspects: extend the core values and
thoroughly implement customer-oriented concept; unify strategic consensus, establish
strategic performance management system and establish culture management
organizational system; improve payment motivation system, establish and improve team
forging mechanism, establish culture execution monitoring system. The promotion
should be implemented through four steps with the principles of comprehensively push
forward with a highlighted core”,“regulation follows ideology, “practical and
people-oriented.

1-1研究背景
全球经济的进一步一体化使企业发展的环境变得越来越复杂多变,竞争円趋
激烈,出现了许多前所未有的新现象、新问题。企业需要从自身实际出发进行战
略变革,以应对复杂的市场环境提出的挑战,在这个过程中,会受到多种因素直
接或间接的影响,企业自身文化建设就是其中一个重要影响因素
近年来,企业文化建设越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注,越来越多的企业意
识到企业文化建设对企业的生存、发展尤其是可持续发展具有极其重要的影晌
在这种时代变迁之下,企业文化不再仅仅是一个简弟的概念或一种卑纯的理论,
而是深深地植根于企业的变革、发展和管理实践之中,并且承载着关系到企业兴
衰成败的关键因素。“人类因梦想而伟大,企业因文化而繁荣”,企业文化是企业
管理的重要内容,一个没有文化的企业是没有头脑和灵魂的企业,卓有成效的企
业文化建设能够在无形中为企业赢得竞争优势
DC公司在发展过程中,充分认识到文化建设对公司发展的积极作用,一向比
较注重文化建设工作,也建立了较为完善的企业文化体系。但也不可避免地产生
了一些困惑和难点,甚至出现了原则或方向性错误,使文化建设流于形式,达不
到应有的效果。因此,分析DC公司文化建设产生问题的根源,并探寻一套行之有
效的建设企业文化的思路和方法,将有助于帮助DC公司管理者把握好文化建设的
原则和方向,从而确保其更加顺利地开展文化建设工作
1.2研究意义
本文选择快速发展的DC公司作为研究对象,研究成果可以直接为DC公司的
文化建设服务。DC公司作为具有一定代表性的研究对象,具备许多现阶段IT企
业的典型特点,对其文化建设进行研究后的成果可以为业内其他企业的文化建设
提供思路和方法。
