Gemplus(天津)公司作为中国电信市场通讯智能卡的主要供应商之一,在
中国加入 WTO 之后,其垄断地位受到了严重挑战。公司对此迅速做出了战略调
整,决定引进产品成本的核心部分—模块封装生产线,以实现模块的自给自足,
同时希望达到降低成本的目的。模块封装生产线引进后,公司不失时机地推行“丰
田生产方式”,以期实现“消除浪费”和“生产准时化”的目标
在“丰田生产方式”推行的过程中,相关的技术和管理人员在工作中成功
地将先进的生产方式与公司的实际工作结合起来,着重在作业标准化、设备布置、
人-机配比、多技能作业员、自动化技术、全面质量管理、高效物流和全员改善
等方面对具体项目进行了详细阐述。这对于如何将引进的先进理念和先进生产方
式结合实际加以运用,将具有很大的借鉴意义

ABSTRACT
As one of the main suppliers of smart card in Chinese telecommunication
market, Gemplus(Tianjin) company is suffered seriously of its exclusive position after
China’s entry into the World Trade Organization(WTO). The company adjusts the
strategy quickly and decides to introduce Module Assembly Line that is essential to
the core of the product cost in order to meet the target of module self-sufficient and
attain the purpose of low cost. After launching the Module Assembly Line, the
company promotes Toyota Production System (TPS) in no time, expecting to achieve
the basic principle of “Eliminating Waste” and fulfill the goal of “Just In Time”.
In this process, technical and managerial staff applies the modern production
system for actual work successfully and put great emphasis on the solid projects of
Operation Standard, Equipment Installment, Man-Machine Engineering, Multi-skill
Operator, Automatic Techniques, Total Quality Management, Effective Logistics and
Total Improvement. Hope this thesis is meaningful and instructive to integrate modern
concept with modern production system practically.
