6σ管理是企业追求利润最大化的一种经营方式。试验设计(Design of
Experiments,DOE)是 6σ管理中产品设计、工艺设计和质量改进中的重要工具
在所有的设计方法中,田口设计法(正交设计法)是主要方法之一。但在那些多
因素、多水平的的复杂试验中,采用田口设计法仍需要做大量的试验,常令人望
而生畏,难以实施。均匀设计法则成功地解决了这一难题
本文首先阐述 6σ质量的基本概念、6σ管理方法,并着重介绍了其试验设
计的主要方法之一——田口的正交设计。接着介绍了均匀设计法,指出均匀设计
是一种新的适用于考察多因素、多水平试验的设计方法。均匀设计与正交设计相
比,试验次数更少、试验周期更短。均匀设计各因素对目标函数的影响最终以一
个回归方程的形式来定量描述,从而可迅速求得最佳工艺条件。文中介绍了均匀
设计表的结构、均匀设计表的使用方法,及均匀设计的结果分析,并用实例说明
了在某种情况下不失为一种好的试验方案选择。作者最后指出,均匀设计法作为
重要的设计技术引入 6σ管理,能充分实现 6σ管理倡导的以最经济的方法充分
满足顾客要求这一宗旨

ABSTRACT
6σmanagement is a kind of operating method in the pursuit of maximum
benefit. Design of Experiments (DOE) is important to product and process
design,and it is crucial to quality improvement too. Of all those
experimental design methods,Taguchi Method is very important.But for the
complex experiment with factors and levels , the Uniform Design is better
than taguchi method .
In this paper,the concept and methods of 6σmanagement are firstly
introduced. Then Taguchi Method is described secondly. Thirdly we
represented the Uniform Design. The Uniform Design is a new design method
for studying the experiment with factors and levels. By using it, a
regression equation can be quickly got with the lowest experiment times
and the shortest period. The regression equation can describe the influnce
of each factor on objective function in quantity. Therefore,the best
technological condition can be got soonly. In this paper,the structure
and the use method of the Uniform Design have been told. And the working
procedure of the Uniform Design has been described with an example.
Finally,the author point out that the Uniform Design is a good tool of
6σmanagement and by using it ,the demand of customers can be met quickly
and economically.
