摘要
本文回顾了我国石油设计工程发展的历史,指出石油设计企业向石油
工程公司发展的趋势。基于项目管理模式理论,论文对石油设计企业建立
项目管理机制,企业应具有的组织构架进行了描述,并由此提出设计企业
的具体机构设置。论文特别对项目管理实施程序及矩阵式管理过程中如何
实施进度、质量、费用等控制进行了较深入的探讨。论文还以中石油(CPE)
华北分公司为实证研究对象,应用层次分析法和网络计划对石油设计企业
经济效益影响因素及项目实施优化进行分析,获得较好效果。论文研究结
果对石油设计企业实施项目管理有一定的参考价值

ABSTRACT
In this thesis the history of petroleum design engineering in China 1S
reviewed.The trend of developping from petroleum design enterprlse Into
。etroleum engineering corporation is also+indicated.Establishment of th
DrojeCt management system and the organization framework in petroleum deslgn
en2ineering corporation are depicted.Particularly,this thesis has gwen in-depth
discussion about implementation procedure of project management and schedule
(or qualitv or cost)control with matrix management.Furthermore,with the CPE
North China Company as the research object,the thesis has analysed the key
factors in economic benefit and operation optimization with.applying
AHP(Analyric Hierarchy Process)and CPM(Critical Path Method).The research
results given by this thesis have practical reference for petroleum design
engineering enterprise with implementing project management·
