供应商是供应链中的重要一个节点,供应商管理也是供应链管理重要组成部分,因为在
某种程度上供应商的品质决定了企业的市场竞争力,应该也是基于这个原因,供应商管
理在上世纪中期即开始受到了企业界的重视。
本文的主要内容是供应链上供应商管理策略的研究,以AD公司的供应商管理现状
为例。分析了 AD公司目前供应商管理的现状,认为AD公司的供应商管理存在以下一系
列问题,如AD公司的供应商幵发程序和评估方法不合理,对供应商关系管理的意识薄
弱,对供应商的绩效考核体系不完善,对供应商激励与控制的措施不够等,提出了一系
列解决AD公司目前供应商管理问题的策略,主要包括重新建立合理的供应商幵发程序
和初选评估方法、如何对供应商进行分类与选择、如何来维护与改进与供应商的关系、
如何让供应商绩效考核更加有效、怎样对供应商采取激励与控制的措施等。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economic globalization, and diversification of the process of
market demand,supply chain management has been hitherto unknown attention. Supply chain
management emphasis is on the strategic cooperation between upstream and downstream
firms, to optimize the competitiveness of enterprises. Is the supplier in the supply chain an
important node, an important part of supplier management and supply chain management,
because the supplier to some extent quality determines the enterprise39;s market
competitiveness, it should be based on this reason,the supplier management in the middle of
the last century began by the business community.
The main content of this paper is to supply chain, supplier management process, based
on the present status of supplier management of AD company as an example. Analysis of the
AD company current situation of supplier management, thinks that there are a series of
problems of supplier management of AD company,such as AD, supplier development
program and evaluation method is not reasonable, the supplier relationship management
awareness is weak, for supplier performance evaluation system is not perfect, the problem of
supplier incentive and control measures is not enough, put forward a series of solving AD
problems of vendor management strategies, including to establish a supplier development
program and primary evaluation method, reasonable classification and selection of suppliers,
such as how to maintain and improve the relationship with suppliers, how to let the supplier
performance evaluation, how to take more effective incentive and control measures of
supplier etc..
