本文由导论、我国家政服务业的现状及存在的问题、新余市家政服务业经营现状
调查与分析、新余市家政服务企业发展的优势及劣势、新余市家政服务业转型升级的
发展路径与策略和总结共六部分组成。本文首先阐述了我国家政府服务业的一些基本
概况和家政服务产业转型升级的概念及意义,其次介绍了新余市家政服务产业转型升
级的背景,接着介绍了当前新余家政服务产业发展中存在的问题,包括人们思想观念
的落后,企业发展的困难,服务品牌的缺乏,然后剖析了新余家政服务产业转型升级
的优势条件,主要从新余的现有教育资源优势、政府对家政服务产业发展的重视程度
等。最后阐明,新余家政服务产业的发展,必须打破大中城市家政服务业发展模式,
利用城市现有民办教育优势,加强政策扶持,用好引进输出两条渠道,大力发展家政
服务培训,打造有自身特色的家政服务产业品牌,推进新余家政服务产业的长远发展。

Abstract
In the recent years, with the development of social economy and urbanization, people39;s
income level and consumption level has been improved and they ask for higher requirement
of life quality. To satisfy these requirements, Housekeeping service has quickly developed
and becomes one of most promising service industries. The workers of Housekeeping
service work hardly and can satisfy the need of residents well. However, there is no doubt
that there are some problems in the Housekeeping Service. In order to help the
development of Housekeeping service in the Small and medium-sized cities, this paper
takes the city of Xinyu as the example and take the way of On-the-spot literature study and
questionnaire survey to sum up the present situation of Housekeeping Service,analysis
the problem ,discuss the Transformation and upgrading of Housekeeping Service in the
Small and medium-sized cities ,raise some suggestions to solve these problems and show us
a picture of Housekeeping service in Xinyu in future . It can play an important role not only
in the development of Housekeeping Service in Xinyu but also in the other cities.
