本文通过分析和研究供应链全流程特点,以及品质管理相关优秀理论和技术,
对供应链品质管理进行了深入的学习。并基于以上知识和理论,对供应链全流程中
各个环节品质关键点进行研究,充分应用现有的各种优秀质量管理理念和技术,构
建出供应链全流程品质管理体系,来实现供应链各个环节的品质管理,并将各个环
节进行串联,通过产品编号可追溯到供应链各环节的品质信息,实现全流程质量管
理。使用该品质体系构建的信息系统对A公司进行应用研究,通过实际应用和数据
分析该供应链全流程品质管理体系,做出总结和改善。

Abstract
As quality management becomes more and more important nowadays, quality
requirement from customer is also upgraded. How to provide better products and
services became biggest challenge. Modern enterprise competition is no longer
one-to-one. but depends on the performance and efficiency of the entire partners in the
whole supply chain, which begin with purchasing from suppliers and end with providing
qualified products and services to customers. How to provide high qualified products and
services becomes the main competition ability of business. Therefore, build the quality
management system for whole process of supply chain is important It39;s the key point to
improve supply chain process and quality system, and provide high quality of product
and service to our customer.
This paper studied and analyzed the entire supply chain process routines, and
collected excellence quality management theory and technology, also research in-depth
study of supply chain quality management. Based on these knowledge and theoretical
study in supply chain process, quality information system has been built as the supply
chain process quality management system by using variety of excellent quality
management concepts and techniques. It used the product barcode to control each step of
supply chain process. Product barcode can be traced back in the whole supply chain,
from vendor to customer. This quality management information system has been
implemented in Company A for research. It summarized actual data and analyzed the
whole supply chain process quality management system. Base on above information, the
quality structure can be analyzed and improved.
