摘 要
知识经济时代,要求人力资源管理融入更多的文化元素。构建融入文化元素
的人力资源管理理论体系也成为解决企业人力资源新问题的重要切入点。部分人
力资源管理专家学者把中国传统文化尤其是儒家文化融入企业人力资源管理中,
并提出了管理理论,但操作性仍然不强。本论文在研究分析国内外关于儒家思想
在人力资源管理中的应用的相关理论的基础上,运用儒家中庸思想,以 SH 学院
的人力资源管理体系为例进行了深入研究。本论文的研究对于丰富人力资源管理
理论,指导企业人力资源管理工作具有重要意义。

本论文首先概述了儒家中庸思想的内涵,其次简述了 SH 学院人力资源管理
体系的运行状况、存在问题并对问题原因进行了分析,最后运用中庸思想有针对
性的提出了问题的解决方案,构建了融入中庸思想的可操作性的人力资源管理体
系。

Abstract
In the knowledge economy times, human resource management needs to add
more diverse cultural elements. Building cultural human resource management system
is the important breakthrough point to solve the problems of the human resources for
the new period. Although some experts in human resources melt Chinese traditional
culture especially Confucianism into human resource management of modern
enterprise and present a lot of management theory, the function is not obvious in
reality displays. This article is proposed to analyze the Confucianism applications in
human resource management both in China and abroad, and then fully exploit the
traditional Chinese ideological resource of Confucian mean, take a deep research on a
human resource management system in SH university of Shandong Province. This
research will not only enrich human resource management theories to some extent,
but also has certain significance in reality.
Firstly, this article outlined the content of traditional Chinese ideological
resource of Confucian mean; secondly, analyzing the behavior, problems and its
reason of a human resource management system in SH university of Shandong
Province. Finally,using the doctrine of the mean brought forward some solutions and
made operable and practical human resource management system.
