本文结合KL公司风冷空调流水线的现状,对于流水线流程目前的问题进行分析,
运用流水线优化理论中的流水线平衡、生产设备布置、准时化生产理论,分析出目
前KL公司存在的风冷空调流水线负荷系数低以及系统不平衡的问题,同时也指出目
前的节拍时间无法满足未来两年预测的市场需求。因此KL公司迫切需要对流水线的
瓶颈工位进行优化,消除流程中的浪费,同时对现有的流水线布置进行优化,使得
整条流水线更为平衡,设备布置更为合理。优化后的流水线节拍时间,使得整条流
水线的产能和生产效率获得了提升,最终为产品在市场中保持良好的竞争力提供了
基础。

Abstract
It plays an important role for the manufacture process of production line in a
manufacture company. As we all know, a good manufacture process will help to a
company to reduce the operation cost, to control the product cost very well,also will
improve the capability and quality of the product. So when a manufacture company need
improvement, it is a better and more effective way to optimize the manufacture process of
a production line. In order to make the company more competitive,it need optimize the
production line continuously.
This thesis analyzed the current production line of Air-cooled chiller in KL company
and found out the problems of the production line, which used the theories of balance of
production line, the facility layout, Just In Time. And we found that the load coefficient of
Air-cooled chiller production line was very low and the system was not very balancing.
This capability would not meet the demanded in the next two years. So these bottlenecks
need to be optimized to eliminate the waste and also need to optimize the production line
layout so that the total production line will be more balance and reasonable. After
optimization, the takt time of production line could meet the market demanded. The
capability and effective of production line in KL company would be improved and offer
more competitive product.
