本文以旅游可持续发展理论为理论站础,结合已冇研究文献分析了旅游r持
续发琨的内涵、环境素养与坤境教存的内涵以及(5然景区旅游/t环境贷现。旅游
者环境教育研究综述。在M内已钉旅游者环境桌养研究ft表的坫础I:,对旅游者
环境素养S表进行修IK和完善,以来张家界旅游的旅游者作为研究付象,对N然
景K旅游者的环境索养进行调f5研究。
研究得出,自然设区旅游者环境素养W子包括了旅游环境知Ui、旅游坏境:S
识与旅游环境行为。旅游者环境知识包禽与旅游活动相关环境知识、旅游环境知
识获得渠道;旅游者环境意IH包含旅游环境危害意识与旅游环境保护参1j怠识:
旅游者环境行为包含律己性行为、怍己性行为倾向与律他性行为。旅游荇的环境

Abstract
The sustainable tourism development of natural scenic areas depends on tourists'
good environoment literacy; tourists environmental literacy is directly related to
natural scenic areas resources and environment of sustainable development.Therefore
analyzing and understanding tourists environmental literacy, and carries on
environmental education to tourists, is essential to the promotion of the sustainable
development of natural scenic areas.
In this paper, based on the theory of tourism sustainable developmentbined
with existed research literature, the content of tourism sustainable development,
tourists'environmental literacy,environmental management and environmental
education were discuss. On the base of past research and scales, try to modify the
scale base on the existed literature which studied on scales inland.Then study takes
Zhangjiajie as a sample, and anlyzes the environmental literacy of tourists.
The research proved that: tourists environmental literacy includes tourists
environmental knowledge, tourists environmental awareness and tourists
environmental behavior; tourists environmental knowledge includes two aspects:
tourism-related environmental knowledge and channels of tourism environment
knowledge acquisition; tourists environmental awareness includes:tourism awareness
