本论文共分六章,第1章为绪论,主要阐述本论文的选题背景、研究意义、
分析框架与研究思路、创新与不足。第二章为IM公司简介,包括IM公司基本
情况介绍和组织结构介绍。第三章为IM公司网络工程师的基木情况,包括IM
公司网络工程师的工作内容、工作职责、工作方式以及与其他职员的区别等。
第四章是IM公司网络工程师的管理模式,包括管理现状与管理方式创新。第
五章介绍頂公司网络工程师的选拔与培训过程,包括职位要求、招聘过程与
在职培训等。第六章是IM公司网络工程师绩效考核方式,包括月度考核与年
度考核。
本论文可能存在的创新之处主要在于提出一些创新的管理方式,(如工程
师团队的延伸管理)和创新的考核方法(如采用捆绑式考核方式)等。本论文
的主要不足之处在于,研究对象具有行业性,尤其以IM公司进行个案研究得
出的结论和建议可能不具有普遍的适用性。

Abstract: This paper is intended to study the network engineer management
of IM, which is the most important distributor in the IT industry in the world and
provide some recommendations for IM and other corporations in the IT industry.
This paper consists of 6 chapters. The first chapter “ Introduction” intro
duces the writing backgrounds, the research significance, the analysis framew
ork and main idea, and the possible innovations and shortcomings of the pa
per. The second chapter provides a briefing of IM, including the basic situat
ion and organization structure of IM. The third chapter presents the basic co
nditions of the network engineers of IM, including their task, duty, working
method and the difference from other staff. The fourth chapter is concerned
with the management model of network engineer of IM, including the descri
ption of the current situation and the possible innovations. The fifth chapter
focuses on the selection and on-the-job training of the network engineer of I
M, including the position requirements, recruitment process and on-the-job tr
aining. The sixth chapter is mainly related to the performance assessment m
ethod of the network engineers of IM, which is categorized into monthly ass
essment and yearly assessment.
This paper puts forth some innovative management methods, such as th
e extension management of engineer team, and some innovative assessment
methods, such as the tied-in assessment method, which values the engineer's
and the salesperson's performance together. However, because of tight time
and lack of academic knowledge, this paper is yet to be studied more deepl
y and thoroughly. In particular, all of the suggestions and conclusions, which
are made on the basis of this paper, probably can't be generalized to other
corporations and industries.
