内容提要
论文针对汽车转向柱生产线的产能及管理进行了研究,简要介绍了转向柱
生产线产能的现状,转向柱上段生产方法。同时也介绍了影响产能的各种因素
及衡量指标。研究过程中应用六西格玛工具,有效的分析质量问题,找到根本
原因,降低废品率;利用有效的沟通,使操作员理解提高效率的意义,从而提
高生产效率;利用快速换模的相关知识分析改进换模过程,缩短换模时间,提
高产出,提高生产效率;利用相关工具分析停机时间的影响因素,提高设备利
用率。项目将提高生产线的产能作为研究项目进行定义,成立研究小组,运用
科学的研究方法分解设备产能指标 OEE。针对每一个影响因素进行深入分析,
并制定了有效的改进措施,并实施跟踪,最终达到全面提高产能的目的。

INFORMATIVE ABSTRACT
We did analysis for capacity and management of steering column
production line. We have introduced the current capacity of production line
of steering column and the manufacturing method of upper column. Also, we
have introduced factors for production capacity and KPIs of evaluation.
During the analysis process, we have used 6 sigma tools. These tools have
increased our efficiency of quality problem analysis. With the help from that,
we have found out root cause and reduced scrap rate efficiently. Through
the project, we did successful communication with operators. We let them
know why we need to do this capacity increase. So that they can understand
the project and give fully support for this activity. We also used SMED tools
to reduce changeover time to reach final target. During whole project, we
have defined several teams to deal with different factors for OEE. The teams
used efficient tools to analyze indicators for OEE. Each team focused on
one item and did deep analysis. A lot of actions were taken to improve our
final performance.
