论文围绕 B 公司的招聘工作实践,以员工招聘理论分析为指导,
对 B 公司的招聘工作进行了梳理与分析,找出存在的问题,然后设计
了较为系统的员工招聘方案。通过招聘方案的设计分清公司各部门针
对招聘的工作职责,加强相互之间的沟通和支持,建立一套科学、系
统的招聘工作流程,为推动并逐步规范公司的整体人力资源管理工
作,最终为公司战略目标的实现做出贡献。
论文主要结构包含四个部分:
第一章是对 B 公司的管理概况和人力资源现状进行介绍和分析,
重点介绍了 B 公司招聘现状并对产生的原因进行分析,提出通过招聘
方案的设计和应用解决存在的问题;
第二章是招聘的理论概述,介绍了招聘的概念、意义、原则、流
程、员工甄选技术和方法、员工录用和招聘评估;
第三章是本文的核心部分,详细地阐述了 B 公司招聘设计方案,
以及在实际招聘工作中 B 公司各部门针对招聘的有关职责和应该采
取的具体措施。在方案中阐述了招聘的前期基础性工作—人力资源规
划和工作分析;设计了招聘流程;提出采用结构化面试和素质模型来
提高人员选拔环节的科学性、客观性;提出进行招聘评估;提出新员
工组织社会化的实施。
第四章简要地总结了招聘方案的设计特点、存在的不足以及进一
步改善的思路。

Abstract
The staffs’ recruitment, which is critical to enterprise human
resources reasonable formation, the management and the development, is
important foundational work in the human resources management and the
development work. In the corporation survival and the development,
whether the appropriate and outstanding staffs are recruited or not is the
key to enterprise prosperity or down. The real thing B corporation lack of
is a set of solution.
This paper centered on the recruiting work of B Corporation, on the
basis of analyzing the relative theory of recruitment, regulate the
recruiting work and find out the existing problems and give suggestions
to it. I designed the recruitment project for Company B. In which process
the work straightens out the work responsibilities of various departments,
and strengthens their communication internally with related departments,
and so that the standards of company's overall human resources
supervisory work can make contributions to achievement of company’s
strategic objective.
This paper contains four parts:
The first part introduces the present human resources situation and
analysis the enterprise, mainly about anglicizing reasons of present
recruitment situation and mentioning that the paper put forward the idea
of solving the current related problems existed through design and
adoption or scientific recruitment project;
The second part is mainly the employment of recruitment theories,
including presentation of concept, significance, principals, flow,
technique and method of selecting, employing the job applicant, and
evaluation of recruitment;
