本文通过对天鑫服饰有限公司的衬衫缝制在生产设备、工艺流程、生产工序、质量管理控制以及生产线人员管理状况的分析,并以流水生产线上的生产设备和生产线人员管理为重点,找出了其中的不合理不科学部分,即生产过程中存在的各种问题,并针对这些问题提出了如何节约资源、降低库存、减少浪费、缩短生产周期、提高员工的工作效率、合理利用现有资源、提高产品质量、减少对熟练工人的依赖等的方法。

Abstract: Lean production is a mode of production which refers to the system structure, personnel organization, operating methods and changes in market supply and demand, etc., so that production systems can adapt quickly to changing customer needs, and make the production process all the useless, unnecessary things were stream line dultimately strive to achieve zero inventory, fast production, and production line balancing of production.
