本文通过问卷调查形式收集了信用卡持卡人消费态度、影响因素以及消费行
为特征等相关数据,通过对数据的分析,提出并验证了我国信用卡持卡人非理性
消费的影响因素,测量了各项因素与非理性消费之间的关联度,归纳了非理性持
卡人的消费行为特征及其心理特点,最后从监管机构、银行和持卡人三个方面提
出防范信用卡持卡人非理性消费的建议与措施。论文的主要内容包括以下几个方
面:
1、研究了信用卡业务在我国的发展现状,分析了我国目前信用卡业务发展过
程中存在的问题,提出预防和避免信用卡持卡人非理性消费行为的必要性和重要
性。
2、通过对信用卡消费信贷理论的研究,界定了信用卡理性消费行为和非理性
消费行为。在深入研究消费行为理论、消费者购买决策理论和行为经济学相关理
论的基础上,提出了信用卡非理性消费的影响因素,并通过数据分析的方式验证
相关影响因素并计算出其与非理性消费程度之间作用的大小。
3、归纳了非理性持卡人的消费行为特征及其心理特点,从经济学的角度对其
进行了说明和解释,并根据这些行为特征和心理特点从监管机构、银行和持卡人
角度提出预防持卡人非理性消费的对策和建议。

ABSTRACT
With China's rapid economic development as well as the financial market
gradually opening, the domestic and international financial institutions to quickly
capture the Chinese retail market, began to issue credit cards, grabbing the credit card
market share. China has become the world 's fastest growing credit card business,the
development of the market with the biggest potential. However, in the credit card
business of our country the development of blowout at the same time,all kinds of credit
card development problems are also exposed, and be the first to bear the brunt of credit
card consumers irrational consumption problem. Therefore, we must face up to the
problems, as soon as possible to find a solution to consumers irrational consumption
problem.
This article through the questionnaire survey form to collect the credit card
consumption attitude, influencing factors and characteristics of consumer behavior and
other related data, analysis of data, is proposed and verified by our Credit Card
Cardholder irrational consumption and influence factors, measurement of various
factors and irrational consumption between the correlation degree, summed up the
irrational the cardholder's consumer behavior characteristic and psychological
characteristic, finally from the regulators, banks and cardholders three aspects proposes
the prevention of Credit Card Cardholder irrational consumption proposals and
measures. The main content of this paper includes the following aspects.
1) It researches the present development of the credit card business in China, and
analyzes the shortages and risks in the developing of China's credit card business. Then
it proposes the necessity of preventing and avoiding the irrational consumption of credit
card holders.
2) Through the research of credit card consumer theory, it defines the rational and
irrational credit card consumption. In the basis of deeply studying the consumer
behavior theory, consumer decision-making theory and the relevant behavioral
economics theory, it proposes the effect factors of the credit card irrational consumption.
In the form of data analysis it verifies the relevant effect factors, and measures theses
affect factors and the effect between these factors and the irrational consumption.
3) It sums up the consumption behavior feature and their psychological
characteristics of irrational card holders, and gives its explanations from the behavioral
economics. At last it proposes the advices and measures to guide the irrational
consumption of credit card holders according to these behavior features and their
psychological characteristics.
