本文回顾了输电线路建设项目成本管理的相关文献，对目前的研究现状进行
了综述，分析了影响我国输电线路建设项目成本管理的因素，构建了一套合理的
输电线路建设项目成本管理的指标体系。结合成本管理体系，将边际分析法、动
态规划法及月度成本分析法引入到输电线路工程成本管理中，旨在为输电线路项
目提供一种在现实层面上简洁明的分析、解决问题的思路和方法，对输电线路项
目成本管理进行了案例分析，验证了成本管理方法的可行性，并取得了初步的成
果。

ABSTRACT
As a basic facility, Transmission Line Construction Project plays an important
role in Power Grid Project and it proves to be very significant to the construction of
Power Grid Project. Cost Management Research on Transmission Line Construction
Project contributes to reduce the investment in power projects, which can improve the
economic benefits of grid companies. It is also of great significance to protect the
development of socio-economy .For grid companies, the Cost Control Evaluation on
infrastructure projects can also improve their economic benefits.
This paper reviews the relevant literatures about the Cost Management Research
on Transmission Line Construction Project and overviews the current status of these
researches. What’s more, it analyzes the factors which impact the Cost Management
of Transmission Line Construction Project and constructs a reasonable indicative
system. Combined with the cost management system, this paper brings Marginal
Analysis, Dynamic Programming and Monthly Cost Analysis in the Cost
Management of Transmission Line Construction Project so as to provide some clear
and concise ideas and methods for analyzing and solving problems in Transmission
Line Construction Project. Furthermore, this paper conducts a case study on the Cost
Management of Transmission Line Construction Project. In this way, it verifies the
feasibility of Cost Management and obtains some original results.
