本文阐述了企业文化的背景和意义,分析企业文化的主要内容,对比了国内
外企业文化的现状,总结出建筑企业文化的特点和发展现状。通过介绍中建五局
的发展情况及中建五局企业文化的发展现状,找出中建五局企业文化在实施过程
中存在的问题,并根据项目的特点,对中建五局的企业文化进行必要的取舍,概
括出中建五局项目文化的建设现状。并以福州市工人文化宫项目为例,对福州市
工人文化宫项目文化的方案设计和实施措施进行详细分析,并且着重描述了福州
市工人文化宫项目文化的内容,并从实施的过程中发现存在的问题,吸取经验,
得到启示。
通过本文的研究和探讨,发掘了中建五局特有的深厚的文化底蕴,其“信和”
文化既突出了中建五局自身的特色和个性又继承吸收了“中华文化”、“中建文化”
和“湖湘文化”这三种优质文化。本文研究表明企业文化对于一个公司来说尤为关
键,大力发展实施项目文化势在必行,这也对国内其他的公司机构有一定的借鉴
意义。

With China's accession to the WTO, construction enterprises not only face the
challenge that conforms with international, will also directly facing the global
development strategy and the challenge of international competition. At the same
time, construction enterprises will be in bigger range, wider field and higher
administrative levels participating in international competition. Multinational
company attaches great importance to corporate culture, having formed its own
distinctive corporate culture with the revolution of productivity and the progress of
science and technology which adapt to today's world market and resource integration
needs. China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp.’Ltd, as an old
state-owned enterprises which was in fully competitive fields and have been on the
verge of collapse, have spring up rapidly in a short period of 9 years since 2003,
during to the series of actions of confidence, setting strategy, with the cadre, catch
fulfil, fertility culture. Among which vigorously promote confidence, credit, and
the three project, cultivating and molding the “credit &harmony as the
