摘要
随着建筑业的快速发展,建筑设计企业的发展也发生了很大的变化,如建
筑设计人员不断增多、建筑设计要求不断提高、建筑设计流程更加复杂等。为
了适应这一系列的变化,各大设计企业开始研究项目管理优化方案。在此背景
下,如何提高设计管理水平,是ND建筑设计院面临的一个紧迫课题。

首先,本文阐述了建筑设计项目管理的相关理论概念,分析了国内外建筑
设计项目管理发展研究的现状;其次,本文从建筑设计管理角度出发,对ND建
筑设计院原设计管理模式进行分析,找出设计项目管理中存在的问题;第三,
针对其存在问题,笔者运用了 WBS、比较法,因果分析法等方法和工具,从范围
管理、人员配置管理、质量管理、进度管理、沟通管理和成本管理角度提出了
改进措施;最后,在BSJ办公大楼第二次设计中的应用改进措施,验证了措施
的有效性。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the construction industry, large changes have
taken place in Architectural design enterprises: such as deigning personnel are
increasing; architecture design requirement are constantly increasing; architecture
design process are more complicated, etc. In order to adapt to the series changes,
many architectures design enterprises begin to study on project management
optimization scheme. In this background, how to improve the design management
level is the urgent task which ND architectural design institute is facing now.
Firstly, it expounds theories related to project management of architectural
design; it analyzes present research situation of architectural design project
management in domestic and international. Secondly, from the perspective of
architecture design management, it analyzes the management model of the ND
architectural design institute, and then puts forward project management problems.
Thirdly, basing on the existing problems,the author used methods such as: WBS,
comparison,causal analysis and other methods and tools; then it puts forward
improvement measures from the these points: scope management, personnel
configuration management, quality control, progress management, communication
management and cost management. At last, it verify the effectiveness of the measures
by application of the measures to the second-time design of BSJ office building.
