《凯恩特(塑钢、铝合金门窗)公司安全生产管理规定》(doc).rar 1　General　Rules　/总则 1.1　With　the　purpose　of　strengthening　labor　protection,　improving　labor　conditions,　protecting　safety　and　health　of　workers　during　production,　and　promoting　company＇s　growth,　the　Regulations　is　defined　in　accordance　with　national　laws　and　regulations　of　labor　protection　and　actual　conditions　of　the　company.　/为加强公司的劳动保护、改善劳动条件，保护劳动者在生产过程中的安全和健康，促进企业的发展，根据国家有关劳动保护的法令、法规结合公司的实际情况制订本规定。 1.2　Work　safety　must　comply　with　the　rule　of　＂Safety　first,　Prevention　foremost＂.　The　company　must　implement　the　general　manager　(legal　representative)　responsibility　system.　Each　level　of　leaders　should　observe　the　rule　of　managing　production　as　well　as　safety.　Production　must　comply　with　safety　requirements　so　that　production　is　safe　and　cultured.　/公司的安全生产工作必须贯彻＂安全第一，预防为主＂的方针，贯彻执行总经理（法定代表人）负责制，各级领导要坚持管生产必须管安全的原则，生产要服从安全的需要，实现安全生产和文明生产。 The　team　and　individual　who　have　noticeable　contribution　to　work　safety　should　be　awarded　and　the　persons　who　cause　accidents　due　to　the　breach　of　work　safety　system　and　operation　procedure　will　be　severely　punished.　If　they　break　national　laws,　they　will　be　punished　by　the　judicial　organ.　/对在安全生产方面有突出贡献的集体和个人要给予奖励，对违反安全生产制度和操作规程造成事故的责任者，要给予严肃处理，触及国家有关法律的，交由司法机关论处。 2　Organizations　and　Responsibilities　/机构与职责 The　company＇s　Work　Safety　Committee　(hereinafter　referred　to　as　Safety　Committee)　is　the　company＇s　work　safety　leading　organization,　which　consists　of　company＇s　leaders　and　major　persons　in　charge　of　related　departments.　The　Safety　Committee　is　in　charge　of　work　safety　management　of　the　company,　researches　and　defines　technical　measures　of　work　safety　and　labor　protection　plans,　checks　and　supervises　work　safety,　and　surveys　and　handles　accidents.　The　daily　routine　of　the　Safety　Committee　is　handled　by　the　Work　Safety　Committee　Office　(hereinafter　referred　to　as　Safety　Committee　Office).　/公司安全生产委员会（以下简称安委会）是公司安全生产的组织领导机构，由公司领导和有关部门的主要负责人组成，其主要职责是：全面负责公司安全生产管理工作，研究制订安全生产技术措施和劳动保护计划，实施安全生产检查和监督，调查处理事故等工作。安委会的日常事务由安全生产委员会办公室（以下简称安委办）负责处理。 The　subordinate　production　departments　of　the　company　must　set　up　their　own　work　safety　leading　group,　which　teach　staff　about　work　safety,　formulate　implementation　details　and　operation　procedure　of　work　safety,　check　and　supervise　work　safety,　and　carry　out　the　orders　sent　by　the　Safety　Committee　to　ensure　work　safety.　Work　safety　team　leader　is　assumed　by　the　leader　of　each　department　and　the　work　safety　team　should　be　staffed　with　dedicated　(or　part-time)　work　safety　management　personnel　as　required.　/公司下属生产部门必须成立安全生产领导小组，负责对本单位的职工进行安全生产教育，制订安全生产实施细则和操作规程，实施安全生产监督检查，贯彻执行安委会的各项安全指令，确保生产安全。安全生产小组组长由各部门的领导担任，并按规定配备专（兼）职安全生产管理人员。 Persons　in　charge　of　work　safety:　Engineering　Department＇s　manager　is　the　principal　person　in　charge　of　work　safety　and　the　leader　in　charge　of　production　and　dedicated　and　part-time　work　safety　administrators　are　major　person　in　charge　of　work　safety.　/安全生产主要责任人的划分：工程部经理是本单位安全生产的第一责任人，分管生产的领导和专（兼）职安全生产管理员是本单位安全生产的主要责任人。 Engineers　and　technical　personnel　at　each　level　must　ensure　that　safety　technologies　and　occupational　health　technologies　are　accurately　used　when　reviewing　and　approving　technical　plans,　solutions,
