一、现场管理者的工作职责
管理是指:将要做的工作合理地、巧妙地、高效率地加以完成的过程。参考文件《现场管理》
现场是指:利用人员、设备、既定的作业方法,将材料加工、装配成制品的场所。
现场管理人员是指:在企业组织中,拥有相应的权利,对现场的作业人员、材料、设备、作业方法等生产要素,直接指挥和监督的人。
现场中要管理的对象(生产要素),从大的方面可分为:人员、设备、材料、作业方法、作业环境等五大部分,即:4M1E。
围绕这些对象而展开的各种管理目标中,最根本的可概括为:提升品质、降低成本、确保交货期、确保人身安全、提高士气等五点。
