Abstract and schedule pressure. Then use the method of combining ECRS and ESIA to formulate an improvement plan: First, adjust the improved multi-round prototype test and regression test to several large rounds of tasks: initial sample test, problem verification test, positive sample test, and regression test , and for each activity, strict access conditions are imposed. The second is to add a test case review sub-process to make test cases more targeted and practical. The third is to standardize the self-test requirements to expose more product defects in the early stage. The fourth is to add a number of technical review links, so that the management of the test activities is under control. Finally, for the improved test process, the implementation planning and guarantee requirements are put forward, so that the improved test process can be implemented in the actual operation in the future. Aiming at the practical problems existing in the new product testing process of V company, the paper puts forward suggestions for improvement in line with the current new product testing process of V company.
