Classified Index: F272.3 U.D.C.: 338.2 Dissertation for the Master Degree of Master of Business Administration Research on the competitive strategy of T Company Candidate: Lin Jingyu Supervisor: Shi Lihua Speciality: Master of Business Administration School of Management May 28, 2023 School: Date of Defence: Degree Offering Institution: Guangzhou University 摘要 摘要 随着新能源汽车产业的蓬勃发展,锂行业备受关注。T公司是一家具有较强竞 争力及国际话语权的公司,资产规模庞大,拥有先进的技术、优质的资源以及完整 的产业链,但其市场表现与产能地位不匹配,市场占有率有待进一步提升。因而, 探索研究 T公司的竞争战略无论对T公司还是对整个锂行业来说都具有深远意义。 本文综合运用 PEST、波特五力、价值链等分析工具,以锂行业中游为背景, 剖析 T公司锂加工业务内外部环境,对其竞争力情况进行分析。根据波特的三种竞 争战略模式理论,本研究认为 T公司应调动其成本优势,选择成本竞争战略和差异 化竞争战略。本研究还从技术保障、运营保障、资金保障及战略联盟保障四个方面 提出对应的竞争战略保障措施。 本研究期待能够为 T公司制定竞争战略、实现经营目标、提升竞争地位提供参 考,同时也对锂行业的市场结构优化、产业效益提升提供一定的借鉴。 关键词:锂行业;竞争战略;成本竞争战略;差异化竞争战略 I 广州大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT With the vigorous development of new energy automobile industry, lithium industry has attracted much attention. T Company is a company with strong competitiveness and internationaldiscourse power. Ithasalarge assetscale,advancedtechnology, high-quality resources and a complete industrial chain. However, its market performance does not match its capacity position, and its market share needs to be further improved. Therefore, the exploration and study of T companys competitive strategy is of profound significance to T Company and the whole lithium industry. This paper comprehensively uses PEST, Porters Five Forces, value chain and other analysis tools to analyze the internal and external environment of T Companys lithium processing business and its competitiveness against the background of the middle stream of lithium industry. According to Porters theory of three modes of competitive strategy, this study believes that T company should mobilize its cost advantage and choose cost competitivestrategy anddifferentiationcompetitive
