including social conditions, assessment methods and specific content. We also need to analyze
existing problems and causes, and understand the relevance of appraisal to the job. On these
basis, we should base on the overall situation of our social development and combine with the
actual situation of examination and approval work, and put forward an improvement plan based
on KPI to improve the performance of the examination and approval bureau staff. We also need
to pay attention to the optimization of assessment indicators, set up more scientific assessment
indicators, and indicate the specific methods to achieve this goal. In order to improve work
efficiency, we should introduce more assessment mechanisms, standardize the assessment work
objectives, time, communication and reflection, and strengthen the incentive for employees. We
shouldcombine thesalarysystem, employeepromotion,post matchingandpersonnel
evaluation to provide a fair working environment for the staff of the examination and approval
bureau. By establishing a set of perfect examination and approval work performance appraisal
mechanism, the examination and approval bureau work more efficient and effective, so as to
better meet the needs of the masses and enterprises, to provide a strong guarantee for the
harmonious development of society.
Although the suggestions for improvement put forward in this paper are very limited, the
author believes that aslong as the continuous promotion and implementationof various
improvement programs, we can gradually obtain the internal power of employee performance
appraisal of G County Examination and Approval Bureau.
