中文摘要 中文摘要 农业企业的成功与农业经济发展紧密相关。作为我国农业企业的代表之一, BR公司在国内外市场竞争中面临着许多挑战。因此,深入分析 BR公司的发展战 略,指出不足之处并提出优化方案和实施保障措施显得尤为重要。这也是新形势下 农业经济市场竞争所提出的新要求。 本研究根据国内外有关发展战略的理论,并运用发展战略分析工具,对 BR公 司的发展战略进行了深入研究。全面分析 BR公司在对尖端领域人才吸引、产业模 式,以及农业新技术储备和研发能力方面的优势和不足。本研究通过运用 PEST和 波特五力模型等战略分析工具,建立了 BR公司在优化组织结构、打破传统的农业 模式、调整为更符合市场需求的产业结构的战略目标,提出了重新梳理和整合现有 业务、加大对人才投入力度、加大对技术研发投入力度等战略实现路径,明确了确 保资源配置合理高效、丰富完善人才培养和激励机制、提升农业新技术的储备和应 用的良好发展愿景,有效推动 BR公司提升人才吸引力,全面适应高速变化的市场 需求和环保政策,为公司持续、稳定、高效发展奠定坚实基础。 关键词:农业企业;发展战略;战略管理 I 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The success of agricultural enterprises is closely related to the development of agricultural economy. As one of the representatives of Chinese agricultural enterprises, BR Corporation faces many challenges in domestic and foreign market competition. Therefore, it is particularly important to deeply analyze BR Company's development strategy, point out the deficiencies, propose the optimization plan and implement the safeguard measures. This is also the new requirement of agricultural economic market competition under the new situation. Based on the theory of development strategy at home and abroad, and using the development strategy analysis tool, this study has conducted an in-depth study on the development strategy ofBR Company. The advantagesand disadvantages ofBR company inattracting talents incutting-edge fields, industrialmodel, as wellas agricultural newtechnology reserve andresearch and developmentcapability are comprehensively analyzed.
