The construction and operation and management of forest parks in- volve multi-subject, multi-level and cross-generational cross-border interests such as local govern- ment, central-district relations, community residents, industrial enterprises, and contemporary future generations. Based on the perspective of industry precision poverty alleviation, this article takes Feng- lingu Forest Park in Liaoning as an example, and comprehensively uses research methods such as case analysis and in-depth interviews to explore the beneficial practices of the forest park’ s cross-border benefit realization mechanism: linking policy boundaries and shaping coordination co-promotion mechanism; optimizing the boundaries of divisions, opening up the radiation driving mechanism; opening up the industrial boundaries, catalyzing the emergence of integration and derivative mechan- 收稿日期：2021
