Deloitte Global 2023 Gen Z and Millennial Survey
Organizations have driven some workplace progress in recent
years, but new setbacks are impacting Gen Zs’ and millennials’
ability to plan for their futures
Now in its 12th year, Deloitte’s Gen Z and
Millennial Survey gathered feedback from more
than 22,000 Gen Z and millennial respondents
in 44 countries to explore their attitudes about
work and the world around them. Fieldwork
for the 2023 edition was conducted between
November and December 2022, with qualitative
interviews conducted in March 2023.

changes they have sought for many years,
including higher pay, and greater action and
accountability in areas such as DEI and climate
change. It also increased the availability of
remote and hybrid work, leading to greater
workplace ?exibility in many industries.
