摘要
当前动荡的国际政治经济局势,多数出口型企业都面临经营困境且在夹缝
中求生,SP公司作为生产型的外贸企业,兼具生产加工、物流运输、出口报关
等服务环节,其生产缺乏创新、产品结构单一、管理模式陈旧、企业发展不均
衡等问题日益突显,再加之疫情、网络、人工智能等等因素的冲击,公司传统
的经营模式显然已经不能适应当前大环境下的市场和客户需求,其企业竞争力
的改善提升已成为当前亟待解决的问题。
本文以加工出口型食品企业 SP公司为研究对象,以生产型外贸企业竞争力
提升为研究目标,以企业动态能力相关指标分析为理论依据,结合专家访谈、
问卷调查以及 AHP层次分析法来探究动态能力各维度和企业竞争力之间的内在
联系,进而在一定程度上为 SP企业的持续且具竞争力发展提供行之有效的建议
和方向指导。论文从研究背景、意义、国内外研究现状出发,结合相关理论综
述,对 SP企业目前所处的内外部战略环境进行分析,同时,还采用专家访谈、
问卷调查和 AHP层次分析的方法,对公司内部高层管理者、中层从业人员以及
行业专家等人士进行访谈和相关调查。根据相关分析结果,构建基于企业动态
能力的竞争力评价指标体系,并在此基础上提出企业在竞争力提升方面存在的
问题以及相应策略,最后得出研究结论与未来展望。
通过本论文的研究和阐述,可以达到对 SP企业动态能力的有效评价,并在
此基础上提出企业在市场、供应链以及创新方面竞争力提升的策略建议。本研
究在一定程度上丰富和完善了生产型外贸出口企业竞争力理论研究,为后续的
相关问题研究提供参考依据。

ABSTRACT
At present, the international political and economic situation is turbulent. Majority of
foreign trade enterprises are struggling in hardship. As a productive foreign trade
enterprise, SP Company is in combination of production, logistics and export customs
declaration services. In the current social and economic environment, the traditional
operation mode obviously cannot satisfy the requirements of the market and customers.
Moreover, the impact of epidemic situation, network and artificial intelligence makes
the improvement of enterprise competitiveness to be the top priority.
Research in this paper takes SP Company, a processing and export-oriented food
enterprise,astheresearchobject,takestheimprovementoftheenterprise
competitiveness as the researchgoal, takes the analysis of relevant indicators of
enterprise dynamic capability as the theoretical basis, and combines the methods of
expert interview and questionnaire survey to explore the close relationship between
various dimensions of dynamic capability and enterprise competitiveness. To a certain
extent, the research can provide effective suggestions and guidance for the sustainable
and competitivedevelopment ofSP Company.Through themethodsof expert
interview and questionnaire survey, the internal and industry experts of the company
have been interviewed. According to the relevant analysis results, the corresponding
enterprise dynamic capability index system and competitiveness improvement strategy
could be constructed. The practical measures to improve the enterprise competitiveness
put forward from various aspects including production process innovation, strategic
procurement and supply chain management, product quality segmentation and market
share improvement. Eventually, the research conclusions could bedrawn and the
prospects put forward.
Through the researchand discussion ofthis paper, the dynamiccapacity of SP
enterprise could be effectively evaluated. On the basis of this, the practical problems of
improvingthe competitivenessofenterprises inthemarket, supplychainand
innovation wouldbe solved.To a certainextent, itenriches and improvesthe
theoretical research on the competitiveness of production-oriented foreign trade export
enterprises, moreover provides references for the follow-up research on related issues.
