单相 AC-DC变换电路作者:刘许洋黄志召吴嘉珉辅导老师:钟洪声崔红玲摘要:采用 TI公司的功率因数校正芯片 UCC28019为核心,设计制作了BOOST有源功率因数校正电路,完成了 AC-DC变换的功能,并且结合STM32F103ZET6单片机,设计制作了功率因数测量和调整电路,实际显示模块可以显示电路的功率因数和输出电压电流等功能。功率因数校正结果高达 0.99,完全符合功率因数校正的要求,并且测量的功率因数误差小。系统具有输出过流、欠压保护功能。整个系统实测稳定性高,达到了设计要求。关键词:功率因数校正;AC-DC变换;STM32F103ZET6;Abstract: Based on the power factor corrector chip UCC28019 manufactured by TIcorporation, an active power factor corrector circuit applying boost is designed. Thecircuit can finish converting from AC to DC power supply mode. Adopting themicrocotroller STM32F103ZET6, thepower factor measurementand adjustmentfunctional circuit has also been made to meet the desired function, e.g. showing thepower factor and the output voltage and current on the screen. The adjusted powerfactor is 0.99, which is very high and completely meet the requirement with smallerror obtained by measurement. The system has output over-current and under-voltageprotection. The system is stable and can meet all the demands.Key words : power factor corrector ; AC-DC convertion
