Abstract:With the development of the economic situation and the change of the
overall development trend of the tourism industry, the modern tourism industry is
increasinglydevelopinginthedirectionofmarketization,knowledgeand
informatization. Although the domestic tourism market is huge and the number of
tourism practitioners is large, theirquality is uneven, and the tourism industry is
increasingly demanding and competing for talents in all aspects. Under this background,
improving theinternal management levelof tourism enterprises,establishing and
improving the staff training system, and improving the quality of talents have become
the focus of most tourism enterprises. A sound employee training system can effectively
guarantee the implementation of enterprise talent training. How to establish a staff
training system that meets the development needs of the tourism industry and related
enterprises has become a focal issue that most tourism enterprises urgently need to
solve.
S company is a state-owned tourism enterprise in southern Sichuan. At present,
the development of S company is relatively stable, but the human resource management
level is relatively weak, which is mainly reflected in the employee training system. This
paper takes the employee training system of S company as the research object, on the
basisofconsultingdomesticandforeigndataandliteratureandon-the-spot
investigation of S company, through the research on the current situation and problems
of the existing employee training system of S company, and drawing on domestic and
foreign research results and practical experience , analyze the problems and causes of
the existing employee training system, and put forward suitable suggestions to optimize
the overall employee training system of S company, adapt to the situation of talent team
construction, enhance thecompany's comprehensive strengthand attractiveness to
talents, and promote thecompany and The sustainable developmentof its scenic
