摘要
在科学技术创新发展的同时，企业经营管理也逐渐呈现出信息化、数字化的发
展趋势，而各类信息化、标准化工具也成为企业必不可少的管理工具，在企业决策、
绩效考核等领域表现出巨大应用价值。对于HON工厂而言，若想实现其战略目标，
关键在于定性工具与定量工具的综合运用，在明确其发展目标的同时还能够发挥数
字化工具的功能作用开展必要的监督管理工作，确保自身运营管理与制造业的未来
发展趋势保持一致，同时也有利于企业战略目标的科学分解与细化，为各项生产任
务的完成提供科学有效的管理工具。
本文将以HON工厂数字化系统开发策略研究为主题，在查找文献的基础上，对
数字化工厂行业、数字化系统开发方向、数字化系统平台架构等方面的现有研究成
果进行研究，并提出研究内容和研究方法，基于数字化工厂理论框架为模型，通过
对HON工厂现有产品、市场以及管理体系进行分析，面临的问题点为切入点，如生
产管理存在的问题、物流管理存在的问题、供应链管理存在的问题和人员管理存在
的问题，然后结合HON工程实际情况和业务发展现状，规划和制定针对性的数字化
工厂系统开发策略方案，包括数字化系统开发策略规划、结构框架搭建、开发单一
模块优化和重建以及开发基础数据收集和试运行，在实施方面，本文提出了产品研
发、供应链管理、生产制造、基础设施管理、客户服务、人力资源管理、财务过程、
信息与信息化的实施过程，并且根据实际应用过程中的效果作综合调整和优化，并
逐步在全集团工厂中展开该系统的应用并持续追踪改进。

Abstract
At the same time of science and technology innovation and development, enterprise
management has also gradually shown the development trend of informatization and
digitalization, and all kinds of information and standardization tools have also become
essential management tools for enterprises, showing great application value in enterprise
decision-making, performance appraisal and other fields.For HON factory, if you want to
achieve its strategic goals, the key lies in the comprehensive use of qualitative tools and
quantitative tools, in the development goals at the same time can also can play the
function of digital tools to carry out the necessary supervision and management work, to
ensurethat theiroperation managementandthe futuredevelopmenttrend ofthe
manufacturingindustry,butalsoconducivetoenterprisestrategyThescientific
decompositionandrefinementoftheobjectivesprovidescientificandeffective
management tools for the completion of various production tasks.
This thesis will take the HON factory digital system development strategy research as
the theme. Based on the literature search, the existing research results of the digital factory
industry, the development direction of the digital system, the digital system platform
architecture, etc., and the research content and research will be proposed. Method, based
on the theoretical framework of the digital factory as a model, through the analysis of the
existing products, market and management system of the HON factory, the problems faced
