摘要
我国创新创业活动发展迅猛，为促进国家经济结构转型升级提供了强力支撑。
近年来，国家相继出台有关政策文件，意在推动创新创业活动高质量发展。然而
创业活动并非总是一帆风顺，由于创业活动具有不确定性和高风险性，导致大多
数创业者都会经历不同程度或次数的失败。如何推动创业活动可持续发展，盘活
创新创业资源，引导创业失败经历者连续创业，关键在于如何应对和规避创业失
败。
本文聚焦于创业失败经历对连续创业行为的影响因素探究，在对国内外相关
文献研读整理后，选取 7位具有创业失败经历的连续创业者进行深入的半结构访
谈，在访谈结果及理论分析的基础上将创业拼凑作为中介变量，市场动荡性作为
调节变量引入“创业失败经历——连续创业行为”的影响路径中，最终得到理论
研究模型并提出假设。引用国内外成熟量表编制问卷，通过调查问卷方式对具有
创业失败经历的创业者进行问卷调查，共发放问卷 587份，回收问卷 471份，其
中有效问卷 358份。实证分析检验结果表明：创业失败经历的次数与严重程度与
创业拼凑、连续创业行为之间存在倒U型非线性关系；创业拼凑中的资源拼凑和
客户拼凑在创业失败经历和连续创业行为之间起到了部分中介作用；市场动荡性
负向调节资源拼凑、客户拼凑与连续创业行为之间的关系。
本研究根据以上结论，提出了从“创业失败”到“连续创业“的过程框架，
并从面对失败态度、创业拼凑能力培养以及市场环境因素的影响等方面提出对策
建议，最后指出了本研究的不足之处与未来研究方向。本研究丰富了创业拼凑和
连续创业相关理论，为推动我国创业活动高质量发展、不断提高国民创造力提供
理论支撑。

ABSTRACT
China's innovative entrepreneurial activities have developed rapidly, providing a
strong support for promoting the transformation and upgrading of national economic
structures. In recent years, the state has issued relevant policy documents, which is
intended to promote the high quality development of innovative entrepreneurship
activities. However, entrepreneurial activities is not always smooth, and due to
uncertainty and high risk due to entrepreneurial activities, most entrepreneurs have
failed to experience varying degrees or number of times. How to promote the
sustainable development of entrepreneurial activities, live innovative entrepreneurial
resources, guide entrepreneurs failure experiences, the key is how to deal with and
avoid entrepreneurs fail.
This articlefocuses onthe influencingfactors ofentrepreneurial failure
experience on continuousentrepreneurial behavior, after thestudy of relevant
literatureondomestic andforeign,select7continuousentrepreneurswith
entrepreneurial failure to conduct in-depth semi-structural interviews, in the interview
results and theoretical analysis On the basis, the entrepreneurial patch is used as an
intermediary variable, and the market turbulent is introduced into the influence path
of "Entrepreneurial failure experience - continuous entrepreneurship behavior", and
finally obtain theoretical research model and proposes. Quoted domestic and foreign
mature table preparation questionnaires, through the questionnaire, entrepreneurs with
entrepreneurial failure, 587 questionnaires, and 471 questionnaires, and more than
358 valid questionnaires. Empirical analysis test results show that there is a non-linear
relationship between the number and severity of entrepreneurial failure and the
patchwork of entrepreneurship, and the continuous entrepreneurial behavior; the
patchwork of entrepreneurship is patchwork and the customer is patching between
entrepreneurial failure experience and continuous entrepreneurial behavior It has
played a partial intermediary role; the market turbulent negative adjustment resource
is patchwork, and the relationship between customers and continuous entrepreneurial
behavior.
According to the above conclusions, this study proposed a process framework
from "entrepreneurialfailure"to "continuousentrepreneurship", andproposed
countermeasures from the face of failure attitudes, entrepreneurial patchwork and
market environmental factors, and finally pointed out this study. The deficiency is in
the future research direction. This study enrichs entrepreneurial patchworkand

continuous entrepreneurial related theories, in order to promote the high-quality
development of my country's entrepreneurial activities, continuously improve the
national creativity to provide theoretical support.
