当前，供应链安全已经成为一个国家经济安全的重要方面，供应链安全是我国供给
侧结构性改革的重要前提和基础。在新一代信息技术催生各行各业发生大变革的时代，
数字科技向供应链领域渗透并与之融合推动了智慧供应链的发展。
早在 2017年，中央就明确提出了打造重点产业的智慧供应链体系。零售行业在我

国的产业体系中占据着举足轻重的地位，是生产与消费的“连接器”，因而零售业的供
应链智慧化发展水平直接影响着我国智慧供应链链体系建设。京东是中国最大零售企业

，是传统供应链的变革者，更是智慧供应链的先行者。
本论文以全球新一代信息技术背景下京东在智慧供应链领域的创新与应用为研究
视角，基于供应链管理相关理论知识，以京东智慧供应链为研究对象，通过对比分析以
及定量和定性分析相结合的方法展开研究，对京东供应链发展历程和现状进行系统分
析，从中找出传统供应链存在的问题与不足，并据此提出京东智慧供应链创新发展的设
计方案。论文的创新在于以典型性供应链企业战略转型为焦点，深入探析新一代信息技
术引领下“传统供应链”向“智慧供应链”发展与演变的背后逻辑与未来前景，在此基
础上系统性总结京东智慧供应链的构建目标、构建原则和构建内容，并对京东智慧供应
链创新与应用效果进行综合评析，揭示智慧供应链相比较于传统供应链所具备的独特优
势，从而最终得出智慧供应链构建的一般规律和全景图谱。论文丰富了对于零售企业智
慧供应链的实证研究，并帮助企业明晰了未来的发展路径。论文的研究成果可以为其他
同行业公司、同类企业的智慧供应链建设带来方法参考和借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
Currently，supply chain security has become an important aspect of national economic
security. Supply chain security is an important premise and foundation of China's supply side
structural reform. In the era of great changes in all walks of life spurred by the new generation
of information technology, the penetration and integration of digital technology into the field
of supply chain has promoted the development of intelligent supply chain.
As early as 2017, the central government clearly proposed to build a smart supply chain
system for key industries. Retail industry occupies a pivotal position in China's industrial
system and is the "connector" of production and consumption. Therefore, the intelligent
development level of retail supply chain directly affects the construction of China's intelligent
supply chain system. JD is the largest retail enterprise in China, a reformer of traditional
supply chain and a pioneer of intelligent supply chain.
This paper takes JD's innovation and application in the field of smart supply chain under the
background of global new generation information technology as the research perspective,
based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of supply chain management, takes JD's smart
supply chain as the research object, and systematically analyzes the development process and
current situation of JD's supply chain through comparative analysis and the combination of
quantitative and qualitative analysis, Find out the problems and shortcomings of the
traditional supply chain, and put forward the design scheme of JD smart supply chain
innovation and development. The innovation of this paper is to focus on the strategic
transformation of typical supply chain enterprises, deeply analyze the logic and future
prospects behind the development and evolution of "traditional supply chain" to "smart supply
chain" under the guidance of new generation information technology, and systematically
summarize the construction objectives, principles and contents of JD smart supply chain, It
also comprehensively evaluates the innovation and application effect of JD smart supply
chain, reveals the unique advantages of smart supply chain compared with traditional supply
chain, and finally obtains the general law and panoramic map of smart supply chain
construction. This paper enriches the empirical research on the smart supply chain of retail
enterprises, and helps enterprises clarify the future development path. The research results of
