近年来,我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,银行业发展也步入了
全新的阶段。随着利率市场化的不断推进,金融机构的增多和金融产品的同质化,
金融业的竞争越来越激烈。在互联网金融发展的影响下,消费者的支付习惯和消费
模式发生了巨大的变化。传统商业银行已不能满足客户多样化需求,实体网点获取
客户的能力也在下降。为了在激烈的竞争中实现可持续发展,众多银行越来越重视
对企业发展战略的研究。城市商业银行是以服务地方经济建设为宗旨的地方性商业
银行。经过多年的发展,城市商业银行探索了多种发展路径,经营效率不断提高,
成为地方经济建设的重要保障。但是由于内外环境的不断变化,在发展过程中还存
在一些不足。
本研究以N银行作为研究对象,探讨了商业银行的发展战略规划。首先在收集
国内外相关战略管理参考文献的基础上,分析N银行所处的外部环境和行业竞争环
境,并且对N银行的成立背景及发展历程,内部治理结构,管理能力,人力资源财
务状况等方面进行了内部分析。其次,通过SWOT分析法对N银行的内部优势和劣
势,机遇威胁进行分析,结合N银行的发展目标,确定N银行的发展战略。最后,
结合鄂尔多斯地区的经济发展状况,选择了满足当前和未来发展需要的发展战略,
并提出了战略实施的保障措施。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, China's economy has shifted from the stage of
high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development, and the
development of the banking industry has stepped into a new stage. With the
continuous advancement of interest rate liberalization, the increase of
financial institutions and the homogenization of financial products, the
competition in the financial industry is becoming more and more fierce.
Under the influence of the development of Internet finance, consumers'
payment habits and consumption patterns have undergone great changes.
Traditional commercial banks can no longer meet the diversified needs of
customers, and the ability of physical branches to acquire customers is also
declining. In order to achieve sustainable development in the fierce
competition, many banks pay more and more attention to the research of
enterprise development strategy. City commercial bank is a local commercial
bank that serves the purpose of local economic construction. After years of
development, urban commercial banks have explored a variety of
development paths, and their operation efficiency has been continuously
improved, which has become an important guarantee for local economic
construction. However, due to the constant change of internal and external
environment, there are still some deficiencies in the development process.
This study takes N Bank as the research object and discusses the
development strategy planning of commercial banks. Firstly, on the basis of
collecting relevant domestic and foreign strategic management references,
the external environment and industry competition environment of N Bank
are analyzed, and the establishment background and development process,
internal governance structure, management ability, human resources and
financial status of N Bank are analyzed internally. Secondly, the internal
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of N Bank are analyzed
through SWOT analysis, and the development strategy of N Bank is
determined based on the development goals of N Bank. Finally, combined
with the economic development situation of Ordos area, the development
strategy to meet the current and future development needs is selected, and
the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy are
proposed.
