摘要
A公司主要为各大税务机构提供智能化、一体化技术服务相关的软件以及系统集
成解决方案,包括但不限于布线系统、机房建设、叫号系统等。A公司以技术优势立
身,发展迅速,通过前期技术优势与商业资源优势,很快在地区市场打开知名度。长
久以来,A公司积极收集市场反馈信息,了解市场最新动态,灵活调整企业管理模式
与业务布局,通过核心业务的发展,实现以点带面的市场拓展效果,占据较多市场份
额。相比同地区其他竞争对手,A公司发展规模仍比较有限,优势资源较少,因此近
年 A公司转变服务与营销思路,以全方位服务客户的态势在市场中求生存、求发展。
随着信息化技术发展与应用,A公司相关的系统集成业务受到打击,业务增长进入疲
乏期,取而代之的则是以大数据、云计算等为代表的智能化技术解决方案的崛起,A
公司面临发展困境。基于以上背景,A公司需要及时掌握行业前沿动态,吸收前沿管
理、营销理念,调整企业发展方向和业务内容,结合内外部环境的变化灵活调整竞争
策略,提升 A公司核心竞争力,促进企业突破发展瓶颈,实现可持续健康发展。
本文行文思路如下:首先,收集和整理与竞争相关的国内外研究文献,分析国内
外研究异同点,阐述本文研究背景、研究意义,结合信息技术发展与应用趋势,找寻
多样化的分析工具,为本文课题的研究找寻多样化研究思路。其次,分析 A公司发展
所处的内外部环境,结合 PEST分析法阐述该公司发展环境,结合波特五力竞争模型
建立贴合 A公司实际的行业分析与商业战略研究模型,以 EFE理论分析 A公司外部
环境因素;再次,依托 SWOT模型阐述 A公司发展面临的外部竞争环境和与风险因
素,依据 IFE理论阐述 A公司的内部环境,为后续阶段优化战略的提出奠定基础。最
后,选择战略方案,选定成本领先战略、差异化战略,围绕 A公司组织架构、人力资
源等多个维度全面分析,为竞争战略的实施提供保障。之后总结本文研究成果并展望
未来。

Abstract
Company a mainly provides software and system integration solutions related to
intelligent and integrated technical services for major tax authorities, including but not
limited to wiring system, computer room construction, call system, etc. Company a has
established itself with technical advantages and developed rapidly. Through its early
technical advantages and commercial resource advantages, company a quickly opened its
popularity in the regional market. For a long time, company a has actively collected market
feedback information, understood the latest market trends, flexibly adjusted the enterprise
management mode and business layout, achieved point to area market expansion effect
through the development of core business, and occupied more market share. Compared with
other competitors in the same region, company a still has limited development scale and less
advantageous resources. Therefore, in recent years, company a has changed its service and
marketing ideas to survive and develop in the market with the trend of serving customers in
an all-round way. With the development and application of information technology, the
related system integration business of company a has been hit, and the business growth has
entered a fatigue period. Instead, it is the rise of intelligent technology solutions represented
by big data and cloud computing. Company a is facing development difficulties. Based on
the above background, company a needs to timely grasp the cutting-edge trends of the
industry, absorb cutting-edge management and marketing ideas, adjust the development
direction and business content of the enterprise, flexibly adjust the competitive strategy in
combination with the changes of internal and external environment, improve the core
competitiveness of company a, promote the enterprise to break through the development
bottleneck and achieve sustainable and healthy development.
The ideas of this paper are as follows: firstly, collect and sort out the research literature
related to competition at home and abroad, analyze the similarities and differences between
domestic and foreign research, elaborate the research background and significance of this
paper, combined with the development and application trend of information technology, find
diversified analysis tools, and find diversified research ideas for the research of this topic.
Secondly, it analyzes the internal and external environment of company a's development,
expounds the company's development environment combined with PEST analysis method,
establishes an industry analysis and business strategy research model suitable for the actual
situation of company a combined with Porter's five forces competition model, and analyzes
the external environmental factors of company a with EFE theory; Thirdly, it expounds the
external competitive environment and risk factors faced by the development of company a
based on SWOT model, and expounds the internal environment of company a based on ife
theory, so as to lay the foundation for the proposal of optimization strategy in the subsequent
stage. Finally, select the strategic plan, select the cost leadership strategy and differentiation
strategy, and make a comprehensive analysis around the organizational structure, human
