基于核心能力的KS集团产业链整合研究
摘 要
改革开放以来,中国玻璃企业实力不断加强,从当初对国外技术的严重依赖
转变为如今具备独立的研发能力,逐步成为全球玻璃行业的先行者。作为中国玻
璃行业的龙头企业,KS集团深耕玻璃行业,研制出0.03mm柔性超薄玻璃、光伏
玻璃、8.5代TFT-LCD液晶显示玻璃基板等高科技产品,掌握了“卡脖子”技术
的主动权,但与国外一流企业相比,其研发实力、产业链建设、科技成果产业化
方面仍有一定的差距。本文基于 KS 集团的核心能力,重新梳理业务板块,以核
心能力为导向对产业链整合提出新思路,强化企业的竞争优势。
论文采用多学科、案例研究、调查问卷等方法分析集团产业链及核心能力现
状,通过比较分析法研究集团当前存在的主要问题,归纳总结出 KS 集团基于核
心能力的产业链规划不够科学、集团业务关联性不够强以及产业链附加值不高的
问题。在研究企业核心能力理论及产业链整合理论的基础上,提出基于核心能力
的产业链“加减”规划、完善基于核心能力的关联多元化经营及提高产业链附加
值的对策建议。
本文在中国经济转型、深化供给侧结构性改革的大背景之下设计完成,有助
于弥补对产业链组织升级问题研究的不足,丰富产业链整合和管理学的交叉理论
研究,对于应用到同类具有显著特征的企业集团、拓宽企业核心能力理论和产业
链整合理论应用的范围具有一定的意义。

基于核心能力的KS集团产业链整合研究
ABSTRACT
Since the reform and opening up, China's glass manufacturers have grown to be the
pioneers with strong R&D capabilities in this industry, which changes the past of
great dependence on foreign technology. As a key player in China, KS Group has
fully devoted itself to China's glass industry in developing the edge-cutting products
such as 0.03mm ultra-thin glass, solar panel-covering glass and Gen. 8.5 TFT-LCD
subtract for display glass. Gradually, the Group is taking the key technology in control;
however, compared to foreign top companies, it has a long way to go in enhancing its
R&D capabilities, industrial chain building and industrialization of research findings.
This dissertation studies its main business sectors based on the Group's core
competences and advises new core competence-oriented ideas to its industrial chain
integration to strengthen its competitive advantages.
Taking the methods of multidisciplinary method, case study and questionnaire, etc.,
it analyzes the present layout of the Group's industry chain and further studies the
existing main problems by using the method of comparative analysis. The study
summarizes that there are problems in the Group's industrial chain of the relatively
insufficient scientific planning of its industrial chain, the relatively weak correlation
between the Group’s business and the relatively low value added to its industrial chain.
On the basis of core competences and industrial integration theories, it offers
suggestions to the Group on its industrial chain integration, such as the ‘plus & minus’
new industrial chain planning based on its core competences, improving its
correlating diversified management based on its core competence and increasing the
added value to its industrial chain.
This dissertation is designed under the background of China's economic
transformation and the deepening of supply-side structural reform. It will be helpful to
make up for the deficiency of organization upgrading study in the industrial chain and
enrich the cross-study of industrial chain integration and management. Also, it's of
