摘要
近年来,全球科技行业迅猛发展,信息技术水平也获得巨大飞跃。企业信息化已经成
为很多企业甚至行业发展的主要动力,也是未来智能化社会环境下,企业应该具备的基本
条件。我国很多企业也认识到信息技术对企业管理非常重要,大力推行企业信息化建设。
在企业信息化建设过程中,涉及企业组织结构、流程管理、部门协同、财务支撑等各个方
面,在缺少信息化策略规划的前提下这些方面无法实现有效协同,造成人员和资金的浪费。
因此,如何科学规划企业信息化策略,适应快速变化的外部环境,指导和引领企业信息化
建设并支撑企业战略,十分重要。
本文将 YJ公司作为研究对象,通过对信息化策略相关文献进行梳理,界定了本文研
究的相关定义,运用 PEST分析法、波特五力分析模型从宏观环境、产业环境、竞争者分
析三个方面,对于 YJ公司外部环境进行了分析,然后运用 SWOT分析工具分析 YJ公司
的信息化策略环境,在此基础上,通过关键成功因素法和战略目标集转化法,为 YJ公司
提出了信息化策略目标,并针对 SWOT分析选择了信息整合、数智化、智能化三大信息化
策略,针对提出的 YJ公司信息化策略,提出了建立信息化管理体系、构建完善的信息化
业务平台、迭代升级实现智能制造三项具体实施措施,并为这些措施的有效实施提供组织、
人员、技术、绩效和文化五个方面的保障措施。

Abstract
In recent years, the global technology industry has developed rapidly, and the level of
information technology has made a huge leap. Enterprise informatization has become the main
driving force for the development of many enterprises and even industries, and is also the basic
condition that enterprises should have in the future intelligent social environment. Many
enterprises in China also recognize that information technology is very important to enterprise
management, and vigorously promote the construction of enterprise information technology. In
the process of enterprise information technology construction, involving enterprise
organizational structure, process management, departmental collaboration, financial support and
other aspects, in the absence of strategic planning in these areas can not achieve effective
synergy, resulting in a waste of personnel and funds. Therefore, it is important to plan the
enterprise informatization strategy scientifically, adapt to the rapidly changing external
environment, guide and lead the enterprise informatization construction and support the
enterprise strategy.
This article takes YJ company as the research object, through combing the related literature
of informatization strategy, defines the relevant definition of this article, using PEST analysis
method, Porter's five forces analysis model from the three aspects of macro environment,
industrial environment, and competitor analysis Analyze the external environment of YJ
company, and then use SWOT analysis tools to analyze the information strategy environment of
YJ company. On this basis, through the key success factor method and strategic goal set
transformation method, the information strategy goal is proposed for YJ company According to
the SWOT analysis, the three major informatization strategies of information integration, digital
intelligence, and intelligence were selected. In response to the proposed informatization strategy
of YJ company, the establishment of an informatization management system, a complete
informatization business platform, and iterative upgrades were proposed. There are three specific
implementation measures for smart manufacturing, and the five aspects of organization,
personnel, technology, performance and culture safeguard measures are provided for the
effective implementation of these measures.
