金融科技背景下工商银行广西分行金融服务创新研究

还要承担社会责任,让利于实体经济,这也大大加速了国内银行运用金融科技引
领服务创新的进程。本文以工商银行广西分行金融服务创新为研究对象,探讨商
业银行在整体环境遭遇寒冬,发展受阻的情况下,工商银行广西分行运用前期积
累的金融科技方面的优势,加速推广金融科技的运用,为遭受疫情地区捐款、企
业的复产、待业人员的复工提供了一条便捷通道;立足于广西多农村的现实特点,
运用现代科技将金融服务的触手拓展到基础设施较差的贫困地区,为这些地区的
发展提供一份助力;基于智慧银行的系统建设,及时定位目标客户,在提高营销
精准度和工作效率的同时,也为基层人员减负赋能。这些金融服务的创新实践不
仅使得自身的财务状况逆行业增长,而且为社会经济的复苏贡献自己的一份力量。
这一研究有利于指导该分行未来的发展走向,帮助其采取合适的发展战略。
然而工商银行广西分行在金融服务创新的实践中也发现了部分问题,例如观
念创新未真正落实、创新成果易被模仿复刻、互联网金融抢占传统银行业大量的
客户资源、金融服务创新文化建设滞后。究其原因发现传统金融与当代金融理念
冲突、银行业同质化严重、银行业相比互联网企业缺乏网络金融生态体系、金融
服务创新文化建设滞后等。
金融科技引领的银行业的服务创新方面的知识还较新颖,为了更好地阐述后
文,本文先对基础理论进行叙述。在此基础上,对工商银行广西分行金融服务创
新背景及现状进行分析,再结合对工商银行广西分行金融服务创新的实践中存在
的问题以及相应的原因进行深入分析;最后以此为鉴提出其他商业银行应如何更
加深入探索金融服务创新并保持已经取得的成果,这一研究有助于加快商业银行
金融科技的进程。

Abstract
Modern economic progress is closely related to financial innovation, and financial
innovation is closely related to scientific and technological progress. The information
revolution represented by computer and Internet technology has created a technology-
driven financial innovation—financial technology (FinTech). The development of
financial technology has started an electronic revolution in the banking industry. It has
replaced the traditional customer interaction mode mainly based on manual operation
mode with a high degree of informatization, and has also transformed the financial
service industry of commercial banks. Innovative operating models such as services
emerge as the times require. Especially under the influence of the new crown epidemic
in the world in early 2020, traditional banks and individuals, banks and enterprises
cannot complete offline interaction, and the overall banking industry is sluggish in
terms of assets, liabilities and profits. In this context, the banking industry, as the hub
for the operation of the national economy, not only has to face the pressure of
production, operation and business development during this epidemic, but also has to
undertake social responsibilities to benefit the real economy, which has also greatly
accelerated the use of financial services by domestic banks. Technology leads the
process of service innovation. This paper takes the financial service innovation of ICBC
Guangxi Branch as the research object, and discusses the situation that commercial
banks encounter a cold winter in the overall environment and the development is
hindered. ICBC Guangxi Branch uses the advantages of financial technology
accumulated in the early stage to accelerate the promotion of the application of financial
technology. Donations in the affected areas, resumption of production of enterprises,
and resumption of work for unemployed people provide a convenient channel; based
on the realistic characteristics of many rural areas in Guangxi, modern technology is
used to expand the tentacles of financial services to poor areas with poor infrastructure,
providing services for these areas. Provide a boost for the development of the Bank;
based on the system construction of smart banks, target customers can be positioned in
a timely manner, while improving marketing accuracy and work efficiency, it also
reduces the burden on grass-roots personnel. The innovative practice of these financial
services not only makes their own financial situation grow against the industry, but also
contributes to the recovery of the social economy. This research will help guide the
branch's future development and help it adopt appropriate development strategies.
However, ICBC Guangxi Branch also found some problems in the practice of

financial service innovation, such as the concept innovation is not really implemented,
the innovation results are easy to be imitated and copied, Internet finance has seized a
large number of customer resources in the traditional banking industry, and the
construction of financial service innovation culture lags behind. . The reasons are found
to be the conflict between traditional finance and contemporary financial concepts, the
serious homogeneity of the banking industry, the lack of an online financial ecosystem
in the banking industry compared to Internet companies, and the lag in the construction
of financial service innovation culture.
The knowledge of service innovation in the banking industry led by financial
technology is still relatively new. In order to better explain the following, this article
first describes the basic theory. On this basis, this paper analyzes the background and
current situation of financial service innovation of ICBC Guangxi Branch, combined
with the in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the practice of ICBC Guangxi
Branch's financial service innovation and the corresponding reasons; How commercial
banks should explore financial service innovation more deeply and maintain the
achievements that have been achieved, this research will help to speed up the process
of commercial banks' financial technology.
