摘要
随着社会的不断发展,不断提升产品的质量和技术含量是中国企业未来的必经之
路。而人才储备对于一个企业来说是具有重要意义的,因此企业有必要开展有针对性的、
明显的企业品牌专业培训。R公司自成立以来,把精力大多放在市场开发、项目建设、
安全管理等工作上,在一定程度上忽视了员工培训工作,公司成立初期在员工培训工作
方面还有着一些短板和漏洞。笔者在借鉴相关学术理论成果和成功企业培训经验的基础
上,对 R公司进行深入调研,并形成员工培训方向分析报告,对 R公司员工培训方案
进行优化设计,旨在为 R公司员工的培养奠定良好的基础。
本文主要采用文献研究、问卷调查等研究方法对 R公司员工培训体系改进进行研
究。在研究过程中,通过对 R公司培训现状进行进行分析,结合实际,分析公司在员工
培训方面存在的问题与不足。然后,通过总结员工培训方案改革设计的原则和思路,从
预测培训需求、制定培训方案、培训过程、培训考评等环节提出了改进方案的设计内容。
为了保障方案的实施,公司需要从资金、制度、组织、培训管理体系、激励机制等方面
建立健全公司的组织结构和规章制度。本文不但有助于 R公司优化自身对一线员工的培
训方案,并且对其他同行业企业的培训体系改进升级也有着些许参考意义。
在研究过程中,由于缺乏实践经验,同时员工培训涉猎面较广,仅通过文献查阅、
问卷调查及访谈资料对培训体系进行改进研究,其研究深度尚不足,提出的改进方案在
实践中的成效还有待进一步检验。在未来的研究中,在研究方法上不断创新改进,结合
更多的实践数据资料,将研究结果在实践中加以分析验证,根据实践获得的结果数据进
行分析总结,完善培训方案改进培训体系,在不断优化过程中提升公司综合竞争力。

With the continuous development of society, continuous improvement of product quality and
technical content is the only way for Chinese companies in the future. The talent reserve is of
great significance to an enterprise, so it is necessary for an enterprise to carry out targeted and
obvious professional training on corporate branding. Since the establishment of R company, it
has mostly focused on market development, project construction, safety management, etc., to
a certain extent, it has neglected the work of staff training. There were still some
shortcomings and loopholes in the work of staff training at the beginning of the company's
establishment. Based on the relevant academic theoretical results and successful corporate
training experience, the author conducts in-depth research on company R, and forms an
analysis report on the direction of employee training, and optimizes the design of the
employee training program of company R, aiming to lay a foundation for the training of
employees of company R Good foundation.
This article mainly uses literature research, questionnaire survey and other research methods
to study the improvement of R company's employee training program. In the research process,
through the research on the basic status quo of R company and the current employee training
model, the problems and causes of the company’s training for employees are explored. Then,
by summarizing the principles and ideas of the reform and design of the employee training
program, the design content of the improvement program was proposed from the aspects of
training plan formulation, training demand forecasting, training courses, training lecturers,
training process, and training effect evaluation. In order to guarantee the implementation of
the plan, the company needs to establish and improve the company's organizational structure
and rules and regulations from the aspects of organizational guarantee, system guarantee,
capital guarantee, the establishment of training management system, and the establishment of
incentive mechanism. This article not only helps R company optimize its own training
program for frontline employees, but also has some reference significance for the
improvement and upgrading of training systems of other companies in the same industry.
