摘 要
当前,随着新科技、新技术的迅猛发展,国内市场快速升温,为现代企业发展带
来前所未有的机遇。当今企业时代已然是“快鱼”吃“慢鱼”的时代,只有“快”才能让企
业在新时代屹立不倒。在寻求转变我国经济发展方式的过程中,中小企业起到承上启
下的作用。想要实现企业长期发展,我们需要依靠员工。如果员工的积极性高,企业
就容易快速发展。如果员工积极性不高,企业发展就会停滞不前。激励员工一直是管
理者的一项重要任务,而懂得如何有效地激励员工是企业管理者要掌握的最重要的能
力。作为管理的五项基本职能,有效运用激励职能可充分调动员工的主观能动性,进
而提升劳动生产率和公司经济效益。因此针对公司来说,构建科学的员工激励模式十
分关键且意义重大。
本篇文章围绕补偿性工资理论、需求层次理论、双因素理论三种理论方式深入探
究 X有限公司激励机制体系存在的现实问题和深层原因,并为完善企业激励机制方案
提出若干对策建议。
首先,本文阐述研究意义及研究方法。界定激励机制概念,结合补偿性收入理论、
需求层次理论、双因素理论三种理论研究方式,为研究企业员工激励机制提供扎实的
理论支撑。其次,结合企业概况、组织架构、薪酬结构等情况,分析该公司目前员工
激励机制现状。运用问卷调查法、访谈法等方法,深入剖析 X有限公司员工激励需求,
揭示该企业在员工激励中存在的如薪酬待遇偏低、奖金制度设置有失公平、学习培训
缺乏深入等问题。再次,借助补偿性工资理论、需求层次理论、双因素等理论方法进
行多视角深度探源,剖析问题产生的各种成因,如专业人才管理不足,竞争优势不足,
团队建设相对滞后、企业执行力较弱。最后,针对 X有限公司员工激励机制现状,通
过问卷调查和访谈进行分析,从员工激励机制的结构、运行和功能等方面提出优化建
议,以期有效提升企业竞争力。

ABSTRACT
At present, with the rapid development of new technology, new technology, the rapid
warming of the domestic market, the development of modern enterprises to bring
unprecedented opportunities. Today’s enterprise era has been “Fast fish”eat “Slow fish”era,
only “Fast”in order to make enterprises in the new era stand firm. In the process of seeking
to change the mode of economic development in China, small and medium-sized
enterprises played a bridging role. If we want to achieve the long-term development of the
enterprise, we need to rely on employees. If the employee’s enthusiasm is high, the
enterprise is easy to develop quickly. If the employee’s enthusiasm is not enough, the
development of the enterprise will stagnate. Motivating employees is always an important
task for managers, and knowing how to motivate employees effectively is the most
important ability for managers to master. As the five basic functions of management, the
effective use of incentive function can fully mobilize the subjective initiative of employees,
and then improve the level of labor production and enhance the company’s economic
efficiency. Therefore, for the company, the construction of scientific staff motivation model
is very critical and significant.
This article focuses on the compensatory wage theory, the demand level theory and the
two-factor theory to probe into the actual problems and the deep reasons of the incentive
mechanism system of X Ltd. , finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures and
suggestions to perfect the scheme of enterprise incentive mechanism. First of all, this paper
describes the research significance and research methods. This paper defines the concept of
incentive mechanism, and combines compensatory income theory, demand level theory and
two-factor theory to provide solid theoretical support for the study of employee incentive
mechanism. Secondly, combined with the general situation of the company, organizational
structure, salary structure, analysis of the company’s current employee incentive
mechanism. By using the methods of questionnaire and interview, this paper analyzes the
motivation needs of employees in X Ltd. , this paper reveals the problems existing in the
motivation of employees, such as low salary, unfair bonus system, lack of in-depth training,
etc. Thirdly, by means of compensatory wage theory, demand hierarchy theory, double
factors and other theoretical methods, this paper makes a multi-perspective in-depth
