伴随着我国国民经济不断的发展,我国金融体系也处于优化过程中,中小商
业银行发展速度开始增快,在此背景下,国内中资外资银行间的竞争也越发激
烈,我国中小型商业银行如何及时根据市场变化实施改革并顺利完成转型,使收
入渠道得到拓展,已是现阶段需要重点考虑的问题。
本文运用文献综述法掌握了商业银行发展战略的相关概念及理论,选取了城
市商业银行中的 N银行作为研究对象,分析了银行的基本发展情况,发现其目前
在资产结构、盈利能力、风险承担等方面具有良好的表现;通过 PEST分析方法
对 N银行的外部发展环境进行分析,在此基础上对 N银行的发展战略进行了识
别,明确了发展战略的方向、目标和内容。综合来看, N银行应选取公司多元化
战略和业务差异化战略来加快银行发展;最后,为确保 N银行发展战略的实施,
应从制度、技术、企业文化和资金四方面进行落实保障措施。

Abstract
With the continuous development of China's national economy, China's financial
system is also constantly improving, and small and medium-sized commercial banks
have also developed rapidly. In the face of the opening up of the banking industry and
the fierce competition of foreign banks, how can China's small and medium-sized
commercial banks accelerate the development in the fierce market competition, how to
timely implement the reform of Chinese small and medium-sized commercial banks
according to the market changes, so as to expand the income channels, has been a key
issue that needs to be considered at this stage.
This paper uses the literature review method to master the relevant concepts and
theories of the development strategy of commercial banks, selects N banks in urban
commercial banks as the research object, and analyzes the basic development situation
of banks, showing that they have good performance in asset structure, profitability, risk
bearing and other aspects. The external development environment of N Bank is
analyzed through PEST method, and the development strategy of N Bank is identified,
and the direction, goal and content of the development strategy are defined. In general,
N Bank should select corporate diversification strategy and business differentiation
strategy to accelerate the development of banks. In order to ensure the implementation
of N Bank strategy, it should be improved from four aspects: system, technology,
corporate culture and capital.
