随着监管对医疗机构的医疗器械管理要求越来越严格,限于医疗机构自身设备
管理部分人员和技术有限,且原厂的维保费用又十分高昂,为第三方医疗器械维保
企业的发展和壮大提供了有利条件。越来越多的企业进入第三方维保行业,但维保
企业发展中还存在一些的问题。上海柯渡公司作为第三方维保企业代表企业之一,
虽然在行业中取得了一定的成绩,但发展中同样面临着困境。
本文就以第三方医疗器械维保企业中发展规模较大的上海柯渡医学科技股份
有限公司(以下简称“上海柯渡”)为研究对象,在外部环境分析部分,运用 PEST
分析法对宏观外部环境进行分析、利用波特五力模型剖析行业竞争环境,从规模、
需求和细分角度进行市场分析,判定出公司面临的机会和威胁。然后对上海柯渡内
部资源进行分析,总结公司内部的优势和劣势。基于 SWOT分析法的结论提出企业
公司发展战略,并制定战略实施的保障措施。本文研究主要内容:一是介绍研究的
背景、意义、内容、方法和思路,说明和梳理研究现状,阐述战略管理内涵,为下
一步确定研究打下理论基础。二是详细介绍上海柯渡公司所处的外部环境,运用
PEST分析方法和波特五力模型分析法,分析整个行业的现状及公司处的外部环境,
得出企业面临的威胁与机遇。三是从企业现状着手分析,挖掘企业的优劣势,为之
后制定发展战略提供分析依据。四是运用 SWOT战略矩阵进行战略组合,从而制定
出适合的发展战略。五是制定发展战略的各项保障措施。通过分析研究,认为上海
柯渡公司发展战略应该选择密集型发展战略和一体化战略,结合企业发展目标及企
业经营中的薄弱环节提出实施发展战略的各项保障措施。

ABSTRACT
As the regulatory requirements for medical devices management of medical
institutions become more and more stringen.Limited personnel and technology in
equipment management of medical institutions themselves and high costs the
maintenance services of the original factories, which promote development and growth
of the maintenance of third-party medical equipment companies. More and more
enterprises enter the third party maintenance industry.However, there are still some
problems in the development of maintenance enterprises.As one of the representative
third-party maintenance enterprises, Shanghai Kedu Medical Technology Co., Ltd. has
made some achievements in the industry, but there are also difficulties in the
development.
This article take Shanghai Kedu Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred
to as "Shanghai Kedu") for object, which is a large-scale third-party medical device
maintenance company. This article applies analysis methods in the part of external
environment analysis.PEST analysis and Porter ' s five forces model are used to analyze
the macro external environment and the competitive environment of the industry. Market
analysis is carried out from the perspective of scale, demand and segmentation, and the
opportunities and threats are obtained,which faced by the company. Then it analyzes the
internal resources of Shanghai Kedu, summarize the company ' s internal strengths and
weaknesses.Based on the conclusions of the SWOT analysis method, it formulates the
company-level and business development-level strategies, and formulated the strategy
implementation Safety precautions. The research content of this article mainly includes:
at first, I introduces the research background, significance, content, methods and ideas,
explains and combs the research status, expounds the connotation of strategic
management, and lies a theoretical foundation for the next step. At second, this article
describes in details the external environment of Shanghai Kedu by the PEST method and
the five-force model.The it reveals the current situation of the entire industry and the
difficulties that the company faced in the external environment and the threats and
opportunities of competitors to the enterprise. At third, it states the inside of the
Shanghai Kedu, and focuses on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of
enterprise, so as to provides an analysis basis for the subsequent formulation of
development strategies. At fourth, it applies the SWOT strategy matrix to combine
strategies to formulate the most suitable development strategy. Finally, it analyzes

safeguards for the formulation of development strategies. Through analysis and research,
it is believed that the development strategy of Shanghai Kedu should choose intensive
development strategy and integration strategy.Then we put forward various safeguards
for the implementation of development strategy in combination with the development
goals of enterprises and the weak links in enterprise management.
