摘要
摘要
轨道交通乘客信息系统(Passenger Information System)简称 PIS系统,为
乘客提供及时而丰富的乘车信息。随着国家轨道交通基础建设的步伐加快, PIS
系统已成为城市轨道交通最具服务和商业价值的系统,发展前景广阔,同时也面
临着日趋激烈的行业竞争。
HA公司作为 PIS行业的领军企业,连续三年市场占有率位居全国前三。在
如今原材料和人工成本不断提高的市场环境下,HA公司唯有努力提高产品质量
以适应市场竞争的需要,才能在新的机遇和竞争下保持行业地位。PIS系统由列
车广播系统、乘客信息显示系统和列车视频监控系统三个子系统构成,三个子系
统相互关联,与空调、网络等组成了列车核心系统,该系统在 HA公司历经设计、
生产制造和售后服务等三大过程而呈现给乘客。
结合 HA公司 2019年度 PIS系统质量表现,利用质量管理的柏拉图分析工
具对 HA公司 PIS系统质量进行统计分析,其中质量问题占比超 80%的两大过程
是设计过程和生产制造过程,针对这两大过程存在的质量问题进行改进。其中,
针对设计过程,通过深入分析设计原因提交的变更审批表,总结出设计质量问题
产生的两大原因是设计验证时间不充分和设计评审不严谨;针对生产制造过程中
原材料造成的质量问题,不能精准定位问题原材料批次的应用,以致同样质量问
题陆续产生,从而总结出生产制造质量问题的主要原因是没有建立可追溯体系。
对两大过程质量产生的原因,分别提出了采用延迟差异化制造型设计、改进设计
质量管理流程和建立关键元器件可追溯机制等三项改进措施。最后基于 PDCA
循环实施改进措施,同时对改进措施建立保障制度,加强全员流程和质量意识,
完成质量问题的闭环管理,最终实现 PIS系统整体质量提升的目标。
该研究有助于 HA公司 PIS系统质量管理工作,从而对提升企业市场占有率
和盈利能力有着非常关键的促进作用,同时还能推进轨道交通 PIS系统的行业发
展,拓展项目质量管理理论在轨道交通行业研究的发展。

Abstract
Passenger Information System of rail transit provides timely and abundant
information for passengers. With the rapid development of urban rail transit
infrastructure, PIS system, as a direct passenger service system, has become the
system with the most service and commercial value in urban rail transit. The
development prospect is broad, at the same time, it is also facing increasingly fierce
industry competition.
HA company, as the leader of PIS industry, has ranked the top three in the
country for three consecutive years. In the market environment where raw materials
and labor costs are constantly increasing, HA company can only keep the industry
position under new opportunities and competition by striving to improve the product
quality to meet the needs of market competition. PIS system consists of three
subsystems: train broadcast system, passenger information display system and train
video monitoring system. The three subsystems are interrelated with each other, and
are composed of air conditioning and network. The system is presented to
passengers after three major processes, such as design, production, manufacturing
and after-sales service.
Combining with the PIS system quality performance of HA company in 2019,
the paper makes statistical analysis on the PIS system quality of HA company by
using the Plato analysis tool of quality management. The two major processes with
quality problems accounting for more than 80% are the design process and the
manufacturing process. The quality problems existing in these two processes are
improved. Among them, for the design process, through the in-depth analysis of the
change approval form submitted by the design reasons, it is concluded that the two
major reasons for the design quality problems are the insufficient design verification
time and the lax design review; for the quality problems caused by raw materials in
the manufacturing process, the application of raw material batches can not be
accurately located, so that the same quality problems are produced one after another.
It is concluded that the main reason of manufacturing quality problems is that there
is no traceability system. For the causes of the quality of the two processes, three
improvement measures were put forward, such as using delay differential molding
design, improving the design quality management process and establishing the
traceability mechanism of key components. Finally, based on the PDCA cycle, the
