随着我国经济持续发展、社会电力需求量大幅度增加,迫切需要开展电力物资现代化物流 体系建设,提高企业精细化管理水平,打造一流的现代化企业物流基地,促进供电企业健康、 快速、可持续发展,构建健全的电力物资供应链体系,降低企业运营成本,提高企业的经济效 益和社会价值。 A公司下属Z仓库是A公司在省内的仓储配送中心,负责对周边下属公司供应物资。Z仓库 的功能建设完善程度和仓储管理的合理化程度直接影响下属公司工程开展进度,而目前Z仓库 的仓储管理水平和智能化程度已无法满足自身的业务需要,急需进行全面的升级改造。 为了完成对Z仓库的仓储管理优化,本文深入研究了仓储管理的有关研究成果,了解提升 仓储管理的方法和有效途径,并对A公司下属Z仓库的管理现状进行了全面分析,包括仓库功 能布局、业务流程、物流设备、信息化建设等,充分总结了Z仓库在仓储管理上存在的主要问 题。基于发现的问题,全面构建了Z仓库的整体运作模式并进行了优化设计,力求通过此运作 模式的实施全面提升Z仓库的周转效率,降低Z仓库的管理成本。 本文主要从实践的角度展开研究,并通过本研究成果的实施切实改善了A公司仓储管理的 现状,缩减了管理成本。对于同类公司仓储管理的改善有借鉴参考意义。 关键词:仓储管理,业务流程优化,物流设备,信息化建设 A公司仓储管理优化与实施 II ABSTRACT With the rapid development of national economy and dramatically growth of social demand, improve power supplies for the construction of modern logistics system, vigorously promote enterprise's lean management level and build perfect modern enterprise logistics is the response to the current market development situation, the important measures to promote healthy, rapid and sustainable development of power supply enterprise. This will help to build a complete system of electric power supply chain, reduce business operating costs, and improve the economic benefit and social benefit. The A company's Z warehousing intelligent logistics center is a storage and distribution center of A company in the province, which is responsible for the supply goods to surrounding subsidiaries. The improvement of function construction and the rationalization of warehouse management directly affect the progress of the project of the subordinate companies. At present, the warehouse management level and intelligentize degree of Z warehouse are unable to meet their own business requirements. In order to complete the optimization of the management of Z warehouse, this paper deeply studied the relevant research achievements of warehouse management, effective methods and ways to improve warehouse management. Then carry on the comprehensive analysis of Z warehouse management present situation, including the function layout of warehouse, work process, logistics equipment, information construction and so on, and use the cause and effect analysis diagram analysis the main problems of Z warehouse in warehouse management. Next, the article comprehensively build the Z warehouse's overall operation pattern, the optimization design. By implementing of the operation mode can maximize the overall efficiency of Z warehouse turnover, reduce the Z warehouse management cost. Finally, the paper summarizes the effectiveness of the optimization model. This paper mainly studies from the perspective of practice, and has effectively improved the current situation of the storage management and reduced the management cost of A company by the implementation of this research. The improvement of warehouse management has reference significance to similar companies.
