随着中国经济迅猛发展,世界格局逐步发生变化,中国在世界经济中的地位也 逐渐提高。金融业作为一国经济发展的核心,经济发展对其不断提出更高的要求; 另一方面,随着金融市场的逐步开放,国外发展较为成熟的金融企业引入国内,国 内金融行业企业面临更加严峻的挑战。而我国金融企业大多数为国有企业或者由国 有企业演化而来,薪酬管理体系与西方同行相比均较为落后,而薪酬管理直接决定 人才队伍建设,而人才直接决定企业竞争的结果。目前金融企业内部管理中对财务 管理的重视程度高,往往容易忽视对人力资源的管理,但是随着时代的进步,知识 型人才成为金融企业在激烈的竞争中取胜的关键因素,因此企业内部的人力资源管 理逐步得到重视,而作为人力资源管理的关键,薪酬管理直接决定着金融企业是否 能够留住人才、是否能够有效激发企业员工的工作积极性为更快适应金融行业激烈 的竞争,增强自身抵御风险的能力,对我国金融业企业的薪酬管理体系展开深入研 究,已经刻不容缓。 公司业务条线作为LNJH银行三大核心业务条线之一,对LNJH银行的发展起着 至关重要的作用,如何发展好公司业务条线的作用,人才是关键,而一个科学的薪 酬体系对于吸引人才、留住人才、激发员工工作热情起到了举足轻重的地位。本文 以LNJH银行为研究对象,运用了案例研究法、问卷调查法等研究方法,理论结合实 证,对LNJH银行的薪酬体系进行分析研究。首先从银行业从业人员的特点作为出发 点,对LNJH银行薪酬体系进行研究,并提出存在的问题,从而对LNJH银行薪酬体 系存在的问题进行原因分析,进而提出解决办法并对LNJH银行薪酬体系进行重新设 计,并得出具体方案。 关键词:银行;薪酬体系;优化研究 辽宁石油化工大学硕士学位论文 II Study on the Problem of Salary Management of LNJH Bank ABSTRACT With the rapid development of China's economy, the world situation has gradually changed, and China's position in the world economy has gradually increased. As the core of a country's economic development, the financial industry has put forward higher requirements for its economic development. On the other hand, with the gradual opening of the financial market, the domestic financial enterprises are facing more severe challenges. However, most of our financial enterprises are state-owned enterprises or evolved from state-owned enterprises, the salary management system is relatively backward compared with their western counterparts, and salary management directly determines the construction of talent team, and talent directly determines the result of enterprise competition. . At present, financial management is attached great importance to in the internal management of financial enterprises, and it is often easy to ignore the management of human resources. However, with the progress of the times, knowledge talents have become the key factor for financial enterprises to win in the fierce competition. Therefore, the internal human resource management has been paid more and more attention to, and as the key of human resource management, salary management directly determines whether financial enterprises can retain talents. In order to adapt to the fierce competition in the financial industry and enhance the ability of resisting risks, we have studied the salary management system of the financial industry enterprises in our country. There is no delay. As one of the three core business lines of LNJH Bank, corporate business line plays a vital role in the development of LNJH Bank. How to develop the role of business line is the key, and a scientific compensation system is the key to attract talents. Retain talent, stimulate staff work enthusiasm has played a pivotal role. This article takes LNJH Bank as the research object, uses the case study method, questionnaire survey method and 辽宁石油化工大学硕士学位论文 III so on research method, the theory unifies the demonstration, carries on the analysis research to the LNJH bank's salary system. First of all, from the characteristics of banking employees as a starting point, the LNJH bank salary system into the United States. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the compensation system of LNJH bank, and then puts forward the solutions and redesigns the compensation system of the LNJH bank, and obtains the concrete scheme.
